Staff were friendly and the room was lovely.
Thr heating on full blast in the bathroom when the westher outside was at an all time high of over 30 degrees.
The hotel was very good and location was great for walking to the ship we were boarding.
The room we had was on the main road and very noisy when we opened the window. It was a very hot day so needed it open.

Although there was some confusion with our room assignment during check-in, Dan went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We really appreciate his help and the efforts of the entire team. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel well taken care of.
The room was in an excellent location, and it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

يوجد اله تحضير قهوه وغلايه ولكن لايوجد ماء ، يوجد ضيافه بسيطه كوكيز وقهوه وشاي ، مفتاح الغرفه كبير (: ولكن جميل ، لايوجد اصنصير لكن الموظفين ماقصروا ، لايوجد خزانه ملابس خاصه انما التعليقات المحدوده ، المدخل للغرف عبر المرور بالمطعم يمينا الى الوصول للدرج .
Lovely hotel with exceptional restaurant. A couple of items to consider, no elevator/lift if you have cases etc. All bedrooms accessible only by stairs. Limited parking in alley way behind hotel. Had to wait for someone to leave so we could park, only 6 spaces, then have to walk around to the front to enter hotel.
I stayed in the Neptune room. At 3am someone in the floor above was walking / banging around for about an hour. I tried to go upstairs, and downstairs to reception (unmanned). I’m assuming the second floor is a staff flat or similar.
