Fabulous boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious, service impeccable and not fussy. We will go again.
Fantastic staff, very attentive and helpful. Comfy beds and fancy bathroom. Good central location, easy access to town. Great made-to-order breakfast.
Two small downsides, firstly parking is difficult to access and costs extra, secondly the rooms are not well soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours, but that applies to the majority of all hotels so to be expected.
Lovely comfy and quiet rooms and breakfast available if you want it in the great looking restaurant. Staff make it all the better.
Absolutely exceptional service. I was travelling alone for work and the staff here went out of their way to make me feel welcome and invited. Their bar area was a lovely relaxing place to work in the evening and their restaurant food is delicious. The rooms were good value for the price. Highly recommended and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you!
This is the second time we've stayed here but hopefully not the last! We love it here.
We were upgraded to a superior room. Very modern, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, soft towels, very quiet. Evening meal was good, but more than we could eat! Breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients. Staff very friendly, kept topping up our coffees. Arranged a taxi for us the following morning.
Nothing
Very comfortable spotless and a great location. Beautifully renovated and a short walk to town centre or the port.
Nothing
Everything from the check-in process to the rooms to the restaurant were perfectly set out. It has a unique, historic and Italian charm which really intrigued both my wife and I. Like entering a little Italian dream from the early days.
Everything seemed just right from our perspective.
Very nice breakfast.
The location was great.
A lovely little boutique Hotel right by the ferry terminal.

A small boutique hotel with very friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A great location for both the docks and the City. The food in the restaurant was superb for both dinner and breakfast.
