Had high expectations but it was a let down.
Pros:

The location is good, but everything else is subpar.

Cons:

Receptionists and management - they pretty much lie in your face. We had requested for an early checkin, and were told that they don’t have enough cleaners to clean the room. Got back at 2pm, and were told by the same receptionist that though the rooms are ready, they can’t let us in due to company policy. We even offered to pay extra for the hours, but they declined. At the hotel lobby, they have reclined chairs so guests can sprawl in the area while waiting for checkin. Some of them can be pretty rude too. We understand company policies, it’s just not right to be lied to.

Room cleanliness (or lack of) - the rooms look great in photos - but under the bed you can find thick layers of dust and random trash from previous occupants. We also found baby cockroach.

Pros:

Very close to Ximen station. Just a 5min walk. Since it is in Ximending, so many food stalls and restos to try. The room we got was a corner room and it was spacious enough for a family of 3.

Cons:

Breakfast is meh. Congee and pickled toppings and pork floss is great but very little variety. No egg station

房間乾凈整潔，床鋪舒適度極佳 衛浴乾凈 房間的裝璜擺設簡約明亮

Cons:

早餐部份 選擇太少.. 早上8點過後可能部份食品 飲品已經沒有補了

Pros:

Maggie服務熱心，有問題向櫃檯詢問時態度很好

Cons:

11點退房，9點房間被房務人員誤開房間，這有點扯…
早上10點前斜對角的房間似乎設備有問題（對方已退房），就開始施工敲打鑽，被強迫提早1個多小時起床，至少等到大家退完房再施工吧
