Unfortinately we cancelled our first day stay, however the receptionist/ Staff is good.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is perfect. Ximen district is lively especially in the evening. There is a lot of possibilities to eat. Hotel is very close to metro station (5 min walk).
Room was decent, good value for the money. They provide clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day.

Cons:

Can't adjust the temperature of AC - centrally managed (you can adjust only the fan intensity). We were freezing the first night! We turned it off completely and the next day it was much better.
Very poor sound isolation in the room from the hallway, other rooms and the street (fortunately the street is not so busy, but you can hear a lot of noise).
The breakfast was not what we expected so not worth it. Breakfast time is 6:30-9:00 (not ideal) and the staff will pressure you to finish before 9:00.

It was located close to Ximemding, just a few minutes walk. The hotel was properly maintained beds were comfortable.
