Very disappointed , bad quality of service, food wasn’t good, normal rooms not worth the price, no coffee machine, spa not working no hammam also, no massage, not a 5 star hotel.
Lack of maintenance, rooms are big but not modern and the bathroom is a desaster for a 5* hotel, no mini bar replenching, repetitive food but overall is very good. Servers are good but some are jut after tips. They sais it is ultra all inclusive but they offer the same things are an ordinary all inclusive resort but very poor comparing with 5* resorts in the caribeans

I had a pleasant weekend at this hotel. We were welcomed warmly and given good advice.
The food was too good, varied, and catered to all tastes. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, the garden, pool, beach, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained.
I'm removing one star because there was a bad smell in the room. We didn't make a complaint because I thought it would fade away, but in fact, when we came back in the evening, it was still there, and we had to perfume the room to sleep :)
I wasn't expecting this from a hotel of this standing.
That said, I recommend the hotel and might come back one day, but I would ask to change rooms if it doesn't meet my expectations.

This hotel is beautiful. The gardens are so lovely, the pools gorgeous, the beach - fine gold sand, the service is attentive and cheerful, the beds are huge and comfortable. The rooms are airy and vaulted ceilings and very clean. Bathrooms luxurious. All inclusive buffet delicious and excellent choice. And there is an excellent pastry chef - with incredible fresh pastries served all day long!! We loved it. Added bonus and important for April visit was the heated indoor pool and hammam spa.

Le séjour sest globalement bien passé, un bémol pour la piscine chauffée, on est obligé de passer par lextérieur pour sy joindre.
Le buffet peu varié manque dorginalité
J'ai bien aimé cet hôtel. Le service All inclusive est tres bien respecté c'est Sûr que je reviens pour essayer une autre fois merci pour votre service et pour votre réception.
