Great location, suitable apartment
Pros:

Excellent location in the center of Reykjavik tourist area. Also had a nearby bus stop. The apartment was clean, bathroom was fine and kitchen supplies were adequate.

Cons:

If the single machine was also a dryer in addition to a washing machine, we didn't figure it out. If it is also a dryer, directions would be helpful.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, in centro città, parcheggio a pagamento in strada a tariffe buone sempre disponibile. Lo staff sempre disponibile per le richieste.

Cons:

In una settimana di soggiorno non è mai stata fatta la pulizia della camera, probabilmente non prevista.

Pros:

Bright clean modern apartment with well equipped kitchen and washer-dryer combo. Quite a bit of shelving space to put our belongings and a drying rack was really useful too. We especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee pods provided for us. The location was the best part of this place, and it's a 2 minute walk to the cheapest parking garage in the center of Reykjavik. Sofa bed was big and comfortable, and could comfortably fit two adults if needed. Shades and curtains did a decent but imperfect job of blocking out the sunlight in June. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There's construction happening right in front of the apartment, so that's a bit unpleasant. It wasn't noisy for us since we weren't there during the day, but don't expect a view or a usable balcony right now.

Net verblijf met goede bedden voor een nacht in het centrum.
Pros:

Het zit midden in het oude centrum en toch relatief rustig. Het is keurig en compleet met fijne bedden en beddengoed.

Cons:

Gehorig, vooral de kamer naast de werkruimte. Personeel kwam binnen terwijl we nog in bed lagen, zonder kloppen. Ook werd er luid op de gang gebeld door personeel.

Good stay. Good Location
Pros:

The apartment is right at the city centre with easy access to the famous Rainbow street and, walking distance from bus stop 6 which is a usual pickup point for bus tours. Rooms were spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double beds, wi-fi and nice big TV. The staff was very friendly and contactless check-in was smooth.

Cons:

There is no view from the property even though there is a balcony.

Great location & super management. Nice place for a few days.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The response to questions & requests were also excellent. Supplies were plentiful. My bed was very comfortable. Easy access to apartment building & suite.

Cons:

There was construction right in front of our building. The automatic light shutoff was inconvenient for showers. & we felt it was dangerous as well to be left in the dark in what could be a slippery shower. Although clean, it had a little musty smell.

Pros:

There is no sea view. The balcony faces a torn down building that is being rebuilt. To see the mountain yoy have to crawl on kitchen countertop. The apartment management was supposed to refund me €125. for false advertising on view. It was pending in my account for 5 days then it fell off and was not refunded. If you are looking for location then this is a yes. If your decision is based on view at all please pass.

Pros:

Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt til!

I leiligheten hadde vi det vi trengte for å ha noen fine dager. Kort vei til kaféer, restauranter og butikker. Det var veldig enkelt å kommunisere med de vi leide leiligheten av. Supert med vaskemaskin og tilgjengelig vaskepulver! Veldig bra at det var tilgjengelig shampo, såper, stort strykebrett og strykejern.

Cons:

Et stort minus var at terrassen var delt med naboleiligheten. For vår del ville vi ikke bruke den for vi var redd det ville forstyrre naboene!

Bor man der i helgene må man være forberedt på støy fra utelivet. Leiligheten ligger sånn til at det ligger i en bakgate fra gater med barer, osv. Så en kan oppleve at det er litt gjennomtrekk av mennesker som oppsøker bakgården sent på kvelden/natten..

We were robbed here
Pros:

The apartment itself was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Someone broke the window and stole all of our things. We were on the ground floor and came back from an excursion to find the window broken and all of our belongings in disarray. All of our electronics and valuables were stolen. We called the police who have been extremely unhelpful. The hotel moved us to the 2nd floor after I told them we were uncomfortable staying in the apartment with a broken window. They have since been unhelpful with any follow-ups about the investigation or the cctv footage. There was a camera right outside and it has been a month yet nothing has been said. Overall this was just a very bad experience. You would assume Iceland was a safe country. I've traveled all over and in countries deemed unsafe but it's hilarious that Iceland was the first place I was robbed and met with incredibly unhelpful people.

Lovely accomodation
Pros:

In the heart of Reykjavik, safe, warm, and comfortable. Private and quiet. Good, clean amenities. Lovely shower. Easy parking if you’re happy to foot the bill.

Cons:

Dirty fitted sheet on the fold out bed, with no alternatives but to use it. We found it confusing to find the place as it is “inside” the block of buildings, rather than situated on the more accessible/obvious streets. Also meant the view out the window was of the back of another building.

The owners messed up our booking and allocated an inferior apartment.
Pros:

The owners messed up our booking and allocated us a gloomy basement apartment with windows looking up to a car park instead of the premium apartment on the upper
floor with views which we’d paid for. Substitute apartments in other blocks didn’t suit us and as there was no refund offered on the price difference , we cancelled with Booking.com and stayed elsewhere.

Cons:

The apartment wasn’t the one we booked.
