櫃檯小姐服務用心且貼心，房間很舒適乾淨整潔，全家人都很喜歡

1.櫃檯服務人員協助處理住客臨時問題很迅速且貼心，感受很棒也令人感動 2.房間舒適度及乾淨整潔讓人進房就很開心，十分享受 3.沐浴用品很用心且高檔。第一次到高雄入住，下次也會優先選擇再次入住

雖有地下平面停車場，但車格蠻窄的。希望未來有附近的平面較寬停車空間（但臨近捷運站，也可以不要自駕）

Pros:

Personnel très professionnel tout en étant très sympathique, fort sens du service. Bel hotel, belle chambre, coffee shop de qualité dans l'hotel et un restaurant végétarien de premier plan avec un excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les travaux sur l'avenue de l'hotel impose un détour pour entrer et génère pas mal de bruit en journée.

リーズナブルで概ね満足
Pros:

駅から徒歩でいける。近くにコンビニが有る。
部屋は広々していて、何より大通りに面して大きい窓があり採光が最高！
お風呂が広く、湯船もあるし清潔
ウォーターサーバーが各階に設置されている
ソファがあって、６歳息子が寝られるくらいの大きさだったのでソファベッド代わりにできた。

Cons:

wifiが遅すぎて動画閲覧やゲームができなかった。
