Cheap rooms but there are several better ones around for the same price. Annoying check with lots of paperwork to sign. Very thin walls so pick up the noise outside. Clean but very old rooms and bedding. Several floors but no lift.

The hotel has a new and old building a few side streets apart which is confusing when try to find it. Make sure you know which you need.

On the plus side, is cheap and reasonably clean.

I stayed at wing B building. It was quiet and have enough parking lots but the room was pretty old.

in addition to underpaying employees, you are also thieves, how disgusting, to make those who work for a shameful pay for things stolen from customers, you are miserable beggars.

I’m a fan of B2 Chiang Mai Airport both wing A and B depending on the booking period. For this time, I selected wing A for my booking. The receptionist was not service-minded and unprofessional. I’m not sure that checking-out guest can ask for a bottle of water or not. She aggressively stared at me and told me bluntly for 10 THB. If you asked for it, you had to buy it. Actually, I could buy it. However, your receptionist’s attitude and manner was so negative towards me as if I’m a demanding guest even I asked her politely. If you have a clear policy to sell, you have numerous ways to inform your guests for this kind of situation. Please do not show your unprofessional attitude clearly through your voice and tone. Your customer can feel it and it’s really rude. In summary, I think this receptionist should learn more about service-minded manner issue again. Cashier’s name on the bill is Nanticha. I won’t select wing A for my travel again.

You get what you pay for! It was all i needed for a night.

Worst hotel I have stayed in, in Thailand.

This is the more quality of the two Airport B2's - hate to see the other one!!

Bery NOISY - from customers inside hotel and cars and motorbikes outside.

Never hears one Airoplanes.

Bathroom was disgusting, shower and sink did not drain away fast.

Sewer smells wafting into bedrooms all night long.

NEVER stay here again

The hotel itself is near by airport but you have to be careful when you make a booking because they have new building and old building. Badly I booked the wrong one I got old building. Old building have no elevator. Location is also inside a sub-street then better for travelers who have car. However if jus a short time to get a nap or budget trip then this is the not too bad choice to stay.

Upper management very helpful and easy to get along with. Not too many eating or businesses close by so taxi was often needed

ราคาถูก ใกล้สนามบินดีค่ะแต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแทบไม่มี ห้องน้ำเครื่องน้ำน้ำอุ่นโยกไปมาเหมือนจะหลุด อ่างล้างหน้าน้ำไม่ระบาย

ท่อระบายน้ำในห้องน้ำตัน / ไปช่วงหน้าฝน ทางเข้าด้านหน้าค่อนข้างลำบาก ถนนขรุขระ เป็นแอ่งน้ำขัง

อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน สะดวก สบาย
ห้องกว้าง บรรยากาศโดยรอบก็โอเค
