Perfect choice for a cave hotel
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We don’t usually stay in one place as we like to move around, but we came for the trail race and decided Urgup would be a good base. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision. The hotel is well located, rooms very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view each morning. The hotel manager and the team were very professional and discreet. We hired a car and quite a full itinerary for our stay planned in avance, but were very appreciative of the advice and support from Eray when looking to exchange money and organizing hot air balloon flights.

Pros:

It was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. They provided free bottled/filtered water. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Staff were kind to provide extra towels when requested. Property was very serene. Free breakfast had quite the spread with fresh eggs prepared to your preference.

Piccola struttura, ben posizionata, camere grandi e ben presentate ed arredate. Bagno in ottime condizioni, buona tutta la pulizia e soprattutto personale molto disponibile ad aiutare su qualsiasi cosa quale prenotazioni, informazioni sui luoghi da visitare ecc. Buona e varia anche la colazione

Muy.buena ubicacion en un lugar tranquilo y a metros de restoranes. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras. Preciosas habitaciones cavadas en la roca. El desayuno es excepcional, el mejor de todo el viaje. El salón de desayuno tiene hermosas vistas. Excelente la amabilidad del personal, nos asistieron muy bien para la reserva del vuelo en globo. Tuvimos problema con el auto alquilado y fueron de gran ayuda en la resolución.

Потрясающее место!
Нас встретил хозяин отеля, рассказал его историю, поделился шпаргалкой с маршрутом по самым знаменитым и посещаемым местам. Номер был очень красивым и уютным, с большой ванной комнатой и джакузи. Большие вкусные завраки. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который старается во всем угодить (особенно женщина, которая подает завтраки, к сожалению, не запомнил ее имя). Мне и жене место очень понравилось, всем рекомндую. Спасибо!
