Highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, secluded but still close to everything we needed, beautiful view of town and surrounding area. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Unbelievable breakfast and service. Staff/owner always available and responsive for everything we needed. If I am back in the area, we will definitely be staying here.

Amazing place with amazing service the staff is very helpful and kind Eray helped me with everything and made my staying very easy and the breakfast buffet was amazing and they are very nice I will definitely come back again and will recommend the hotel for my friends

Расположение. На вершине холма, с очаровательным видом на старый Ургюп круглосуточно), с возможностью пешей прогулки до центра города, и одновременно с удобным выездом из города в сторону Ушихар, Гёреме. Расстояние до Гёреме на машине - не более 15 мин. Рядом магазин вина, с дегустацией
Паркинг при отеле. Нет необходимости ездить по крутым спускам/подъемам, что актуально зимой в снегопад)
Доброжелательный персонал. Помог с полетом на воздушном шаре. Вкусные завтраки на видовой террасе.
Жили в номере с кухней. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.
Посетили Каппадокию в марте. Каменная ванна с джакузи хорошо согревала)

Perfect choice for a cave hotel
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We don’t usually stay in one place as we like to move around, but we came for the trail race and decided Urgup would be a good base. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision. The hotel is well located, rooms very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view each morning. The hotel manager and the team were very professional and discreet. We hired a car and quite a full itinerary for our stay planned in avance, but were very appreciative of the advice and support from Eray when looking to exchange money and organizing hot air balloon flights.

It was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. They provided free bottled/filtered water. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Staff were kind to provide extra towels when requested. Property was very serene. Free breakfast had quite the spread with fresh eggs prepared to your preference.
