Extremely comfortable rooms for a great price!
Pros:

Great sized rooms, very comfortable beds, slippers, robes and towels provided! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and location is fantastic for exploring Fremantle.

Cons:

The room had a strange smell and men’s bathrooms were not great as showers took a while to heat up and no shampoo or conditioner available.

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber umd direkt auf dem Flur. In der Nachbarschaft gab es diverse Restaurants. Fremantle North ist mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage!
Das Pub unten ist sehr cool,Essen und Drinks sind top!
Das ganze Haus ist schon eher älter und vermittelt richtig schönen küstennahen Vibe!

Cons:

Für das gebotene zu teuer, kein eigenes Bad (80€ die nacht), die Toiletten wurden tagelang nicht gereinigt und auch sonst war Sauberkeit nicht gerade an oberster Stelle in den sanitären Anlagen.
In einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde nie dass Zimmer gemacht oder Handtücher ausgetauscht sondern einfach darauf hingewiesen wenn man was braucht sollte man sich melden 😅
Wenn man vor 10:00 Uhr vormittags anreist kann man nur hoffen dass jemand da ist weil geschlossen.
Zusammen gefasst, Fokus liegt klar auf dem Pub was total ok ist aber bei den Zimmer Preisen kann(sollte) man sich mehr Mühe geben!
Für 2-3 Nächte total cool

We enjoyed our stay as the staff were very helpful.
Pros:

No Breakfast referred to local Cafe. which proved excellent.

Cons:

Being on the second floor and having breathing problems, it was somewhat difficult to climb the stairs.

Step back to a time of comfort and hospitality
Pros:

A place of character which seems to be primarily a bar and restaurant so that the Hotel is almost an afterthought. The place is very old fashioned with no en-suite rooms and lots of old wooden furnishings. Our room was large and comfortable and adequately if sparsely furnished. The shared toilet/shower unit was perfectly clean and functional though you'd wonder how it would cope if all the rooms were full. But I don't think that happens very often and, for us, it was an idyllic place with friendly people, comfy room, good a/c, free parking and a perfect location only 10 minutes walk to the beach

Cons:

It would have been nice to have some cooking facility in the room.

Perfect spot in Fremantle South
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful rooms, great pub-dining downstairs and awesome staff

Cons:

The shared bathroom it’s ok for a couple of nights but I will probably prefer my own ensuite if I was to stay longer.

We stay regularly at The Local...I think we need a loyalty card!!
Pros:

Location is wonderful, within walking distance of the beach...went a couple of times a day...hot weather! The Local itself is great for afternoon drinks, and many bakeries, cafes, restaurants nearby for food. Fremantle itself it not too far to walk to IGA and other offerings

Cons:

We have stayed several times...the first time in room 9. I thought it was quite hot and stuffy even though there's an overhead fan and air con. A rack to dry clothes would be handy, like after the beach!
