Hotel Valle del Sol HAND

Place is very clean and has most necessities. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels. Also includes AC and cable. Price is very good for this hotel and the people are very friendly. Has warm water and includes breakfast.

El Hotel tiene todo habitación amplia, buena higiene, seguridad, comedor, cochera, wifi, gimnasio, agencia de turismo local, etc etc., además precio razonable, lo recomiendo.

I'd give Valle Del Sol about 2.5/5 which I suppose is faint praise. I had to rate in whole numbers so I picked a 3 but, really that's kind of generous, I think. Credit for effort. Staff were definitely good -- friendly and very helpful. There is a small cafe where breakfast (which comes with the room) is served. Breakfast was adequate. When I was there my room was quiet, in spite of being on a very busy street. (But my room wasn't at the front, either.) I had what they classify as a "simple" room because I was traveling alone but it was really tiny to the point of being cramped. The only window (except the bathroom window) looked out on an open central shaft so the curtains stayed closed which gave the tiny room almost a claustrophobic feel. Opening them would have resulted in a view of the windows of other rooms that open onto that shaft and the outside corridor so anybody walking down the hall would have had a view in. There is a travel "agency" in the small lobby which is really just a tiny desk staffed by one person. All in all, I'd say adequate but nothing to write home about.

Wifi was OK. The breakfast was a joke. No smart TV. Dusty chair and table. It seems like they don't clean every corner of the room (I found a tiny spider) I think for the price and for what they offer it's an expensive hotel (30-50 dollars) per night. I won't come back here. That's for sure.

When we arrived they could not find our booking. Front desk people friendly and helpful. It is in walking distance from centro.

Estuvo bueno. Solo tuve un incidente, la persona que limpiaba el cuarto accidentalmente hizo caer mi mini iPad y se rompió la pantalla. El hotel Reconoció como una falta y no me cobraron la estadía de tres noches, asumiéndolo como gesto de reivindicación que yo aprecio mucho.

I stayed 8 days due to a business trip and the noise of dragging furniture, cleaning people screaming from one floor to another, and doors slamming starts at 7:30am.
There is construction going on in the building SPECIALLY on the weekend and Holidays and it starts as early as 8am, so if you are planning to get some rest you MUST find a different hotel.
