La ubicación y la atención.

Cons:

Un hotel viejo, falta de mantenimiento. Desayuno muy básico.
Muy costoso para lo que brinda. Puertas viejas, ascensor antiguo, no hacen muy buen aseo. Cortinas que traspasan la luz, la habitación iluminada, muy incómoda para la noche .

La atención en cualquier lugar lo es todo y en el hotel sí que lo tienen muy claro, el personal que trabaja allí y sus administradores fueron muy amables y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, me llevo una excelente experiencia en mi estancia en el hotel.

Muy normal la estancia

Cons:

Los precios de alimentos y bebidas dentro del hotel, son muy costosos y cuando uno desea comprar por fuera bebidas cobran un descorche, asi que te obligan a consumir dentro del hotel lo que vende el hotel, o si no debes hacerlo afuera.

Leuk hotel voor een nachtje in Neiva.
Pros:

De locatie middenin het centrum. Een grote kamer met airco. Het zwembad was ook erg fijn.
Vriendelijke mensen.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden was wel erg warm doordat er veel glas aan 1 zijde van de kamer was. De airco heeft dan veel tijd nodig om de kamer koel te krijgen.
