LA mala atencion totalmente. En mi caso yo habia alquilado una habitacion de 3 personas, y para esto un familiar alquilo en el mismo hospadeje un dia adicional. En la noche al regresar quisimos alquilar una habitacion la cual no habia disponibilidad(entendible) y como habiamos dejado las cosas en el cuarto del familiar al enterarse que estabamos ahi, en vez de preguntar averguar, llamarona indicar que si en 10 min no saliamos nos cobrarian 40 por persona. De verdad se entiende la situacion, pero hay formas de decir las cosas y mas aun de consultar y no tomar actitudes muy malas.

Localização estratégica a poucos metros do centro histórico da cidade.
Pros:

Café da manha de boa qualidade, equipe super atenciosa e bem proxima ao centro.

Cons:

Imagino que a limpeza do quarto (como na parte imediatamente abaixo das camas) podia ser melhor. Outro ponto, que notei no Peru (lima e arequipa) é que depois da meia-noite o wifi do hotel diariamente para de funcionar so sendo restabelecida no inicio do proximo dia.

Very nice staff, clean roome, perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the main square.

Cons:

The only one problem is the noise, when you close to the reception are, you hear when someone rings the bell, or talking in front of your room. But in general this i heard this only one night.
