La ubicación y que nos dejaron hacer el checkin dos horas antes. Además el personal fue muy amable y nos preparó una bolsita con desayuno ya que salíamos muy temprano
El ruido y la limpieza podría ser mejor. Las habitaciones no se corresponden a lo que te encuentras
la ubicación pero me refiero al maison porque me cambiaron. tener presente al que lea, ellos tienen dos locales. estuve en La Merced 419. Realmente no hay nada que destacar.
No me gustó que me cambiaran al Masion, cuando elegí primero colonial, independiente del precio. La atención de la srta en counter, falta preparación y vocación de servicio. Para la factura tuve que reclamar. Hubiesen consultado si quería lado exterior donde el ruido es incomodo de los autos, mas si no hay ventilador.

LA mala atencion totalmente. En mi caso yo habia alquilado una habitacion de 3 personas, y para esto un familiar alquilo en el mismo hospadeje un dia adicional. En la noche al regresar quisimos alquilar una habitacion la cual no habia disponibilidad(entendible) y como habiamos dejado las cosas en el cuarto del familiar al enterarse que estabamos ahi, en vez de preguntar averguar, llamarona indicar que si en 10 min no saliamos nos cobrarian 40 por persona. De verdad se entiende la situacion, pero hay formas de decir las cosas y mas aun de consultar y no tomar actitudes muy malas.
