Muy central y el personal súper amable. Solamente que tiene muchas alfombras por todas partes y con regularidad me tropezaba.

Es un hotel colonial. Ideal para los amantes de lo antiguo.

el amplio espacio en la habitacion, los servicios de tv, streaming y wifi y la atención del personal. Me permitieron guardar mis maletas despues del check out ya que tenía mi vuelo más tarde

Cons:

durante dos días del alojamiento se sentía un fuerte olor a cañería en la noche que no permitió descansar adecuadamente. Sería bueno hacer alguna modernización al hotel

La ubicación es estratégica, en el eje ambiental a lado de La Candelaria, cerca del Centro Internacional, y con fácil acceso a transporte público de TransMilenio.

Mal trato por parte del personal nocturno

La persona q atiende en la noche fue supremamente grosera, hasta el punto de pedir q me fuera a las 11pm de la noche. La razon: considero q era una groseria mia decirle q si el tv no estaba disponible (no tenia señal) han debido advertirlo en el checkin, dijo q si estaba pero q el tecnico no (le dije. Por eso han debido advertirlo, si lo sabia, q era obvio q lo sabia); dijo q era yo un grosero y q era mejor q me fuera de inmediato. La verdad mi reclamo fue calmado, ante esa reaccion lw dije q era muy grosero, y no escale mas el conflicto. Aclaro mi estancia fue el 19 de marzo, habia reservado continuando el 20 cancele. Tambien me parece muy raro q los precios por noche varien de un momento a otor wntre 120 y 180 mil/noche.
