Ziemlich gut
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel sauber , das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

wir haben uns zwischen 2 Hotels entscheiden müssen , da haben wir wegen dem hinweiß auf den guten Caopchino dieses genommen. Man erzählte mir dann 5 Tage die Maschine ist kaputt. Das Wasser in der Minibar ist aus Gold.. 6 Euro wäre selbst in Deutschland ne Nummer . Der Pool ist 70 cm tief schwimmen na ja . leider auch sehr wenig Platz am Pool. Frühstück war dann einen Tag kein Büfett was aber ok war. Hatten leider ein Zimmer mit blick auf nee Wand.

Excelente relación calidad-precio en una ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena y nos pareció que el hotel ofrece una relación calidad-precio excelente. El desayuno es increíble, muy completo y cuidado, y el personal muy servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todo y a facilitarte la estancia.
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la zona turística de Cartagena, todo queda a mano y se puede recorrer cómodamente el centro. La habitación era muy bonita y grande, la cama super cómoda. El rooftop es súper chulo y totalmente recomendable, un espacio ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente.

Cons:

Esa noche estábamos cansados y no nos encontrábamos bien, así que volvimos al hotel para ver un poco de Netflix. El mando no era el de la televisión de la habitación; lo avisamos en recepción, pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Aunque no es algo clave en vacaciones, es una pena fallar en algo tan básico y más teniendo una pantalla tan grande.

Perfect location for exploring the city, good food options!
Pros:

The location is fantastic close to everything you need to explore Cartegena

The breakfast was delicious - lots of options (look at the menu as initially we just thought it was only eggs the style you wanted). The lunch/dinner options were also very good

Appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay by the staff, for example little biscuits every night was cute :) Bar staff were very attentive

Cons:

The rooftop felt smaller than what the pictures show

Before arriving the hotel staff informed us we could use the sister hotel gym although when we arrived this wasn’t possible which was a shame for us as it did help determine our stay here (running around the city is very hot!)

Queremos agradecer profundamente a todo el equipo del Sofía Hotel by Oxo Hotel por la maravillosa experiencia que vivimos durante nuestra estadía en Cartagena de Indias.

Nos hospedamos en la habitación 305, desde el 5 al 9 de diciembre de 2025, y desde el primer momento la atención fue simplemente impecable. La calidez humana, la amabilidad y la constante disposición del staff hicieron que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente acogidos y cuidados en todo momento.

Cada espacio del hotel se encontraba siempre limpio y perfectamente mantenido, y los detalles que dejaban cada noche en nuestra habitación marcaron una diferencia enorme, demostrando una dedicación y preocupación por el bienestar del huésped que no se ve en todas partes.

La calidad de la comida fue excepcional: desayunos deliciosos y variados, almuerzos de alto nivel y tragos preparados con dedicación y excelente gusto. Todo fue simplemente impecable.

Más que una estadía, fue una experiencia que superó por completo nuestras expectativas. El viaje no habría sido el mismo sin la espectacular atención del equipo humano que forma parte del hotel, quienes con su cercanía y profesionalismo transformaron cada día en algo especial.

Sin duda, lo único que nos queda es el deseo de volver en algunos años más, esta vez junto a nuestros hijos, para revivir esta experiencia inolvidable. Gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje un recuerdo tan precioso!!!.

Very comfortable, lovely room, facilities, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great. The hotel had a colonial style with high ceilings. We had a large comfortable room with extremely comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast and rooftop pool and bar. Staff were very friendly, and Erick and Andreas particularly helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a little noisy at night but this was due to the time of year, as the Christmas celebrations were being built in the square outside our room.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. The location was excellent—close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
