Excelente por el empeño del personal
Pros:

El trato dispensado por el personal y en especial por el recepcionista Fabio que resolvió un problema/mal entendido , acabando todo bien

Cons:

Booking debe de describir mejor las habitaciones y si son interiores / exteriores , tipo de habitaciones… hay mucha diferencia

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable y buen servicio. Espacio tranquilo y agradable. La comida del desayuno muy rica.

Cons:

El primer día no fue claro cuando nos atendieron qué incluía el desayuno; tuvimos que preguntar para que nos ofrecieran sin mucho detalle algunas opciones.
La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, pero tiene una terraza interna que está en condiciones regulares (sucia, no está bien mantenida), que da una impresión de poco mantenimiento al hotel. La zona de la piscina también podría estar mejor mantenida. Tuvimos poco espacio para hacernos porque había reservas de reuniones y eso deja pocas sillas disponibles en la sombra para los huéspedes.

Overall, a great spot. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again myself.
Pros:

Big spacious room, great rooftop pool/bar, and a great breakfast. The location was excellent. The staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage man ist in wenigen Minuten überall. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet mit einer großen Terrasse, leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Leider war die Terrasse nicht zu benutzen da die Beschattung wie auf den Bildern nicht vorhanden. Sehr schade da auch auf Nachfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.

El stand fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estadia. La ubicación genial con un bonito rooftop. Los desayunos muy ricos. Estábamos preocupadas por los.comentarios de que por la noche no se dormía por el ruido de la calle pero no escuchamos nada de la habitación. Dormimos genial.

Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Café da manhã. Poucas opções e por duas vezes não colocaram o buffet de café da manhã por ter pouco hóspede. Ao invés de prestigiar os poucos hóspedes que escolherem o hotel, eles agem com descaso e falta de respeito. Vc podia pedir, mas não tinha o buffet com opções de escolha. Péssimo.

All in All I loved the hotel and would stay there again!

We had a great experience at The Sophia Hotel. The rooms (I was there 2 nights- but not consecutive so had two different rooms) Both rooms were great... Roomy & very clean. The Breakfast included was delicious and the staff was warm & friendly. Eric at the front desk was super helpful and I am so glad we stayed here...

Cons:

We ordered Margaritas at the pool and (our fault) we didn't ask the price, and we paid $20 per margarita... Which was NYC prices... so we were pretty shocked to see a $90 bar tab but again, we should have asked... or they should have mentioned the 'top shelf' was that much!

Un lugar para descansar y ser muy bien atendido

Todo, las habitaciones cómodas y preciosas, la ubicación tb muy cerca de todo y lo más destacable es el personal del desayuno, se pasaron con su atención y la Chef de la cocina es un lujo. 1000/10
