Een unieke en aangename beleving
Pros:

Wij doen niet zo aan reviews en geven nooit een 10, maar vinden het voor dit hotel een terechte score. Zeker gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer was schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim, zeker naar Japanse begrippen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, respectvol en hulpvaardig. Het ontbijt was uniek, met een basiskeuze uit 4 gevarieerde ontbijtmenu’s en daarnaast een uitgebreid buffet. In de avond werd gratis drank aangeboden (inclusief witte en rode wijn) en zelfs een kleine maaltijd met hert en rijst. Dat hebben we echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Alles aan dit hotel voelde aangenaam en het was jammer dat we maar zo kort konden blijven.

Our favorite hotel so far on this trip
Pros:

The staff and facilities were outstanding. The room was comfortable and clean and was large enough and had chairs so you could actually sit in the room and relax
The breakfast was delicious with many choices
We really appreciated the included wine and venison curry that was provided in the lounge in the evenings. We also appreciated the bath salt selection provided for in the lobby
We have been traveling for a month in Japan and this was our favorite place

Cons:

We didn’t dislike anything- I wish we could have understood more about the restaurant- I think they had lunch but I wasn’t sure

Option of 4 types of breakfast. My husband & i tried 2 types, both of which were delicious. There were complimentary drinks including wine & also venison curry rice.

Cons:

There's no onsen in the hotel but complimentary bath salts & aromatherapy scents were made available.

Great stay in quiet Kushiro
Pros:

Superb breakfast. One of the best i have experienced in Jap hotel. Complimentary bites and jap curry rice in lounge.

Pros:

Friendly hotel staff. We used Google Translate for a smooth communication. Plenty of amenities in the hotel lobby, such as bathing salt, lotions, facial masks. They even offer free wine in the evening. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the room was very spacious and clean. Parking spaces nearby.

Cons:

The included breakfast might be a bit unusual for an European. If your not into fish or fondue for breakfast, I recommend you just opt for the breakfast buffet.
