The pots, pans and plates came in handy.

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of wet dog that wouldn’t go away. There were also damages around the room, and the WiFi would not stop buffering.

Spacious and clean
Pros:

Welcoming clean lobby. Friendly check in experience. Rolling carts available and easy access to the elevator. We only stayed one night but was really impressed by the space of the room. Standard, clean kitchenette. Large desk and dresser countertop combo. It was a perfect place to open up our large suitcases for the night and get to them at waist height. Clean, comfortable and open floor plan.

Pros:

The staff was great. The front (angel) desk was awesome.

Cons:

Booking.com, did not have my reservation in the system at the hotel. Could not correct the problem. Had me on the phone for over an hour. Had to cancel the Booking.com and the staff at the hotel helped me. I will be deleting my Booking.com app. And never using them again. It was an inconvenience for me and my family.
