Pros:

The room was spacious for us three, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a quite nice choice (buffet style). Very important for us - parking in front of the hotel. Nice lady at the reception and in the restaurant.
We were only one night for B&B and as a transit place it was a really good choice. I would come back.

Soggiorno deludente: poca chiarezza e scarsa attenzione al cliente
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è comoda e il servizio di pulizia è davvero efficiente. I letti alla francese sono molto comodi, la luce buona.

Cons:

Avevo scelto con attenzione su Booking una soluzione adatta alle mie esigenze: spazio e comfort, soprattutto considerando la mia altezza (190 cm). Tra decine di hotel disponibili, ho prenotato una camera tripla (circa 300 € con gli sconti Booking) invece di una doppia (circa 226 €) per avere più spazio, una doccia walk-in alta e una vista fiume con terrazzino per un soggiorno più piacevole.

All’arrivo, però, la situazione è degenerata subito. La proprietaria si è presentata in modo aggressivo, sostenendo che Booking avesse sbagliato e contestando la nostra scelta della tripla perché eravamo in due. Una scena imbarazzante. Per evitare tensioni e non rovinare la vacanza (anche perché il mio amico non era al corrente della situazione e sarebbe stato messo in difficoltà), ho lasciato correre e accettato la sistemazione proposta: una stanza doppia diversa da quanto prenotato e pagato, piccola per due persone singole e con doccia inadatta a una persona alta come me.

Il giorno prima della partenza, parlando da solo con un impiegato (senza la presenza della proprietaria), ho spiegato con calma tutta la situazione. La risposta è stata il silenzio totale: nessuna spiegazione, nessuna proposta di cambio stanza, nessun rimborso o gesto di attenzione. Al momento del check-out ci è stata chiesta perfino la tassa di soggiorno — che avremmo ovviamente pagato — ma senza neanche il minimo tentativo di venirci incontro, nemmeno simbolicamente. Un atteggiamento poco professionale.

A oggi non è chiaro di chi sia la responsabilità, se di Booking o della struttura, ma ciò che è certo è che siamo stati ignorati, come se non avessimo capito cosa stessero facendo.

Per quanto riguarda la struttura posso dire che l’hotel appare datato, probabilmente fermo agli anni ’90 e andrebbe rinnovato. Durante il soggiorno (periodo pasquale), c'è stata molta confusione con bambini che correvano e urlavano nei corridoi fin dal mattino e porte sbattute di continuo. L’insonorizzazione è scarsa.

Ottima posizione rispetto la città di Padova,staff molto gentile,camera spaziosa,bagno grande un po datato,colazione varia e abbondante.ambiente elegante,parcheggio grande.
Comodo per visitare Padova ma anche i dintorni,come il Castello di San Pelagio

Camera squallida, c'erano dei cuscini sul letto all'arrivo, poi li hanno fatti sparire.
La receptionist piu' anziana scortese, ho chiesto coperte aggiuntive e ha questionato chiedendo se non ci fossero gia' nel letto.
Una sera stavamo rientrando in camera con le pizze, ci ha bloccato dicendo in modo poco gentile che in camera non si puo' mangiare perche' si fanno briciole. La camieriera ha confermato dicendo che ci sono delle regole. Strano che in camera ci fosse, tra i volantini pubblicitari, un volantino di una pizzeria che faceva consegne. Inoltre il minibar in camera conteneva snack e cioccolato, a prezzi esorbitanti, che si consumerebbero in camera penso.
