Pros:

房間夠大，很乾淨！職員服務態度很好！
鄰近中山國小站，步行至酒店約3-5分鐘。到夜市只需1分鐘。酒店雖然近民居，但附近有多間便利店、全聯超市及家樂福，方便！

Cons:

TV頻道選擇不多，台灣本地台少，到晚上11時自動跳回酒店畫面。

Friendly, spacious, birthday card and dessert, location were Fab!
Pros:

Stayed here for a week and we loved it! The reception staff were really lovely. Very kind and enthusiastic. The room was very spacious, and my partner and I loved the comfy bed/pillows. Also, the staff wrote a cute hbd card and left desserts! Thank you!! 😊

おすすめのホテルです。是非次回も利用したい。
Pros:

スタッフが素晴らしい。フロント、レストランとても良いホスピタリティでした。
部屋も綺麗で快適でした。バスタブがオープンスタイルで楽しかった。
ロケーションもとても便利で、すぐ近くのナイトマーケットはローカル感があり観光客がほとんどいなくてゆっくり楽しむことができます。

Cons:

扉の付け方が逆に思えました。
シャワールームは外開きなので、シャワー内の水が廊下に流れます。逆にトイレは内側に開きますが、廊下の端にあるので内側の必要はなく、トイレに入りづらい。さらに、出る時は引かないと開きませんが、ついている取手が小さすぎて重い扉をこれで開けるのかっ？ってなりました。トイレの扉の取手も表裏逆につければまだ使いやすいのに。

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff were really fantastic, I asked for a recommendation for a hairdresser and they were kind enough to call one for me and book an appointment as well as print off instructions on where to go. Genuinely next level service! The hotel location is great for orange and red mrt and the hotel room was spacious and had everything I could need.

I would highly recommend staying here! Staff was amazing!
Pros:

Everything was superb! From check-in to check-out and all the inbetweens were remarkable. Service was impeccable. They would even go out of their way to provide whatever is needed. Bed and sheets were so clean and comfortable. Room was tidy and well ventilated. Location is great as well, very close to where we wanted to go. We could pretty much walk to the places we wanted to visit, close enough also to the nearest subway/bus stop.

Cons:

We checked out the bar on our first night however it was not open. I was hoping to get a few drinks there since it has some good outdoor seating on the 17th floor.

Nice and conveniently located hotel in Taipei
Pros:

This was my second stay at Aloft Taipei Zhongshan. I really enjoyed my stay both times here that I based my decision to stay at Aloft in Singapore based on my experience in Taipei, but they are not to the level of Aloft in Taipei, they are way below.

Room:
The room is clean and spacious. I think I got upgrade both times. The second one to a room with a bath tub. The amenities in the room is quite complete. They provided bathrobe as well. The bed is comfortable, which is to be expected of a Marriott property. Lighting is good.

Location:
I thought this hotel is very conveniently located near two MTR stations that is close to Taipei Main Station. The Zhongshan Elementary station is closer, only 3-5 minutes walking distance, depending on how fast you're walking. The walk to the station is also convenient, with protected roof for 90% of the walk, so you don't have to walk all the way in the rain. There are plenty of food options around the hotel.

Service:
I had great service from the Front Desk for both stays. For the second stay I would like to especially mention Senior Front Desk Agent Fizz who assisted with my check-out. She is very friendly, nice and helpful.

Others:
The hotel provides snacks and soft drink in the room when you first came in and it's free of charge. There is also a happy hour every day at 3 pm free for hotel guests.

I will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time i come to Taipei.

Alles was heel goed en zal zeker hier de volgende weer verblijven.
Pros:

Personeel en kamer waren heel goed, ontbijt was goed maar meer op Aziatische ontbijt gericht.
Goed te bereiken met metro of bus vanaf de airport.

Cons:

De receptie was niet ons smaak en er was ook geen toilet aanwezig beneden.
Voor het geval op de dag van vertrek, je koffer even achterlaat en snel van toilet gebruik wil maken voor vertrek.
