Pros:

旧館の喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったのでそこを予約し宿泊したが、廊下も臭く、部屋もタバコの臭いが尋常でない臭さで、気分が悪くなるくらいだった。禁煙部屋や新館は大丈夫だと思うけど。

夏休みに家族で宿泊させて頂きました。
スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切でした。
朝食も美味しかったです。
フロントに土佐茶がサービスでおいてありました。とても美味しかったです。同じものを購入したかったのですが、見つけられず。
ホテルで販売していただけたら、ぜひ購入したかったです。

気になる点は、お部屋の換気口？音がかなり気になります。お部屋の鍵が２つ頂けたら良かったなと思いました。

Pros:

朝食は「ウツボの土佐茶漬け」「カツオのタタキ」「山崎農場の卵と、ひまわり牛乳の牛乳を使った自家製プリン」等、土地のものを美味しくいただきました。
ホテル自体思ったより大きくて、部屋も綺麗で静かに過ごせました。

Pros:

This was good, the bedding is tatami mat style, a good experience. Fresh towels each day as we used the hotel sauna each evening. Smart and clean, quiet, location short walk to shopping and dining. I would happily use again.

大浴場が有って良かったです。駐車場は前金で１日５００円でした。部屋は朝方真っ暗になりません。部屋は大道りから離れているので、とても静かです。

バイクツーリングで利用。
ホテル前の日差しの下にバイク駐車可能。
雨の日の利用だったため非常に助かりました。スタッフの方もきめ細やかに対応していただき、冷めた体を大浴場で温められ心身共にリラックスできました。リピート確定ホテルです…お世話になりました。
