Lovely stay in beautiful Prague
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was spacious with modern, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The location is excellent with the tram stop just around the corner and the metro stop about a 7/8 minute walk away

Cons:

We were on the top floor and one of our guests had visible mobility issues (using a walking aid) and the lift does not go to the top floor. It would have been nice to have been offered an alternative room which was more accessible and not on the top floor

Pros:

Breakfast was on point, I matched my expectations. I didn't start the day hungry. The food was tasty!
The room was nice warm and quiet. we had place for everything.
The room was quite clean, but when we got into it there was a towel on the heater that the staff might've missed while cleaning (it was behind the door). they took it right away and gave us even more clean towels.
overall very pretty place, the location is great, nice staff, and comfortable beds. I'd want to come back!

Pros:

Krásný interiér hotelu, personál na recepci i na snídani velice příjemný. Snídaně do 11:00, luxus. Dále výborná dostupnost - zastávka MHD pár kroků u hotelu a zastávka metra také v dostupné vzdálenosti, blízko Forum-Karlín na akce. Budeme se vracet.
