Pros:

Kahvaltı ve yemekler harikaydı. Personel güleryüzlü sıcak samimi ve bilgiliydi. Oda, yatak ve çarşaflar havlular temizdi.

Cons:

Oda çok sıcaktı ayarlamayı başarmadık. Camları açtığımızda ise yolun gürültüsü çok geliyordu.

Great city hotel for families
Pros:

We stayed at Heritage Hotel over the weekend, attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is modern, appears newly renovated, and has comfortable, well-sized and well-equipped rooms. We particularly appreciated having a desk to work at and enough wardrobe space as well as couch seats to lounge in. While the street outside is relatively busy, the hotel itself is quiet. The staff is helpful and professional.
We also visited the rooftop restaurant for a light meal in the evening and we can definitely recommend it. It caters to different tastes and offers reasonably priced fresh meals. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The breakfast selection is okay, but not as varied as one would hope. Particularly guests used to buffets in German-speaking Europe will be disappointed.
