Hotel Jardin de Granada

We absolutely adored our room, the natural beauty of the trees and views surrounding the property, and the warm hospitality of Marcia and Miguel. We truly felt at home, and the breakfast was simply wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pitaya chunks in the morning, and the brown muffins with their delightful cacao flavor were a treat.

I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like family. Their breakfast did not include the Nicaraguan famous nacatamal, one morning we saw Marcia eating one, and commented on how much we loved them. They are from an outside source. We asked if she could order 2 for my husband and I. (absolutely delicious) After we checked out I checked our bill and realized they never charged us, thank you so much! I will be coming back and highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

A very lovely and welcoming place. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is picture perfect. It's walking distance to most of the things to see in the area. I hope to go there again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, looking to go back!

It was a nice place, the staff was excellent, it was very clean, comfortable bed. They had no masseuse as stated on Internet breakfast coffee drinks were very limited good place overall. I would stay there again.

Very good location

Staff was amazing. The owner was there to check me in and it was very easy. The room was big and bathroom was big. Very clean rooms and property. Breakfast was good also. Only complaint was that there were bats underneath the tile in the room I was in. You could hear them at night. I know management couldn’t do anything as they are protected, but it was a little disturbing at night. Other than that I love the property and would come back

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. Each room had great AC and very spacious.

Lovely place, fantastic service

The owner of the property maintains the hotel very clean and tidy. It’s always a pleasure staying there. This is my second time booking at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jardin. Customer service was 10/10, the shower was hot, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the square, which was perfect if you prefer a quieter hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
