Rychlost, komunikace, spokojenost.
Pros:

Po příjezdu do hotelu jsme byli rychle vyřízeni na recepci a okamžitě ubytování. Pokoj čistý, uklizený a my jsme byli spokojeni. Vždy nám bylo vyhověno na recepci s dotazem. Parkování s vozidle v pohodě.
Po celou dobu jsme byli velice spokojeni a rádi se zase někdy k do tohoto hotelu vrátíme.

Cons:

Jediný snad v den odjezdu už nám nešla TV, ale to nám nevadilo.

Pros:

The hotel is in the centre of town so a perfect location. The staff were very friendly abd helpgul. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely book again

El trato de personal, el turno de la noche de la recepción, igualmente cómo el de la mañana, excepcional. Habitación muy completa y limpia, camas cómodas, desayuno muy variable y abundante.
