Cheap and convenient if you are ok to give up comfort
Pros:

Easy to access and not too expensive

Cons:

You get what is expected for the price, not that clean (found a few hairs and stains on my bed sheets) and very few stuff in the room.

Pros:

地下鉄前金駅４番出口を出てすぐ、分かりやすい、フロントにはいつも人がいて英語、たまに日本語を話す人もいる。朝ごはん屋へも夜市へも近い。美麗島駅へも歩いて遠くない。部屋も広くて旅行者にとって使いやすい。

Cons:

紙がトイレに流すことができない点。慣れてないだけで困りはしないが。
