駅前で便利なホテルです。
Pros:

駅から近く、グループホテルの温泉も無料で利用できるのはポイント高いです。
珈琲マシンもいつでもフリーで利用できるのもナイス。
実は4人で行くはずが令和8年熊本地震で残り3人がキャンセル。
快く無料キャンセルに応じてくれて助かりました。
部屋は綺麗で快適でしたよ。
お風呂もこじんまりしてますが、当然いいお湯です。
朝ごはんは1,100円ですが、別府駅近くにはモーニングのお店が少ないので助かります。
カレーライスもあるので、朝から元気になりますね。

Cons:

チェックインが16時で、それまでにサインなどはできますが、部屋には入れません。
でも、荷物は預けられますので、タオル一つ持って温泉に向かいましょう！

部屋は狭かったが、それ以外は良かった。
Pros:

朝食はバイキングで、和洋ちょうど良い具合で、味も美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋が角部屋で変形して、かつ狭かった。当初の宿泊案内と全く違った。

Pros:

専用駐車場が満車でも、すぐに無料の駐車場のをおしえてくれます。
安全に駐車することが出来ました。

Cons:

ファッションチェックで、全身が見える姿鏡があったらいいなと思いました。

Love this place. So close to the station and buses - ideal when it’s raining :) the staff are so nice. Thurs stay here and will come again. Free coffee in the morning also welcome

Pros:

駅に近く、無料駐車場がありフリードリンクとしてコーヒーなどがあります。家具が素敵です。廊下に絵画が飾ってあります。

Cons:

エアコンの吹き出しが就寝時、顔に直接当たり不快でした。設置場所が固定されていて仕方ないことですが、可能であれば壁側に取り付け直して欲しいです。
お風呂場の椅子が低く、少し座りにくく感じました。
