Pros:

古い施設を修繕しながら運営してるので、駅前ですが利用料金が格別に安かったです。ドアが使いづらかったので星は下げましたが長く営業を続けて欲しいです
機会があればまた利用します

部屋風呂のお湯が出ないし、部屋に入ると虫がいるし、エレベーターに挟まれそうになるし本当に最悪でした。
部屋に冷蔵庫がないのも不便でした。
家族で泊まるには向かないです。

ホテルはやしは、施設は古めなんですが、大浴場は、グループの他のホテルの施設も使用できたので、大変満足でした。

早めに荷物を預けることもできず(フロント不在）チェックインしたら隣の部屋から犬の吠える声が
フロントに確認したところペット可のホテルで隣の部屋に犬がいるとのこと
知らなかったので驚きました
うるさかった
お風呂は温泉でしたがかなり古い
蛇口からお湯が出ずわからなくて困っていたら先に入浴されていた方が一箇所しか出ませんよと教えてくださいました
チェックインの際そのような説明をしていただきたかったです

リーズナブルで便利な立地の場所に泊まれて、よかったです。駐車場もホテルの下にとめられて、出庫もできて、助かりました。
お風呂のシャワーが、お湯がでなくて困りました。やり方をお尋ねしたのですが、少し分かりにくかったので、前もって説明や表示などして頂けると嬉しいです。
小さい子供がいるので、畳の和室は快適で、お部屋も清潔、においも気にならず、安心して過ごせました。

立地や価格は非常に良かったが、部屋の中の壁紙やバスルームなどの設備は全体的に古く、汚れが目立っていた。
清掃はされているようだが、ぱっと見きれいではないので、清潔感があるかを気にされる方にはオススメはしない。泊まるだけでよいのであれば、駅前で駐車場や温泉もついての価格なので、悪くはない

3歳の子供と泊まりました。畳の部屋はとても助かりましたが、窓があけられるので安全ではありませんでした。帰宅時におなじようなビジネスホテルから4歳児が落ちて亡くなったとニュースがあり他人事に思えませんでした。エレベーターが閉じるのも早く怪我に繋がりそうでした
