Séjour simplement parfait; chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre; buffet du petit-déjeuner riche et varié; gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel (un grand merci à l'équipe du matin); proximité du centre ville. Nous le recommandons!!!

Puiki vienos nakties viešnagė.
Pros:

Viešbutis labai patogioje vietoje, iki senamiesčio labai arti. Viešbučio teritorija labai įdomim ir gražiai sutvarkyta. Labai nustebino vidinis kiemas, kuriame galima buvo pusryčiauti.

Cons:

Kambarys buvo pirmame aukšte. Nepatiko, kad nebuvo galimybės atsidaryti langą, o už lango vaizdas ne koks. Kambarys labai mažas.

Comfortable, clean and quiet
Pros:

For us it was a perfect location. A short walk to the old town located on a quiet street without public transport so it was very quiet. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The garden is beautiful. The staff were helpful in both giving directions and ordering a taxi for us.

Cons:

The curtains in the bedroom didn’t cover the window. Luckily I had an eye mask.

Przytulny hotel idealny dla dwojga
Pros:

Bardzo profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Przyjechaliśmy przed godziną zameldowania - nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu ani w temacie miejsca parkingowego ani pokoju. Miły akcent na początek :⁠-⁠)
Pokój przestronny, gustownie urządzony, codziennie sprzątany w dogodnych godzinach. Smaczne, świeże śniadania.

Dodatkowa klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Cons:

Dodatkowa płatność za kawę z ekspresu czy świeży sok przy barze podczas śniadania. Kosztu nie można było dodać do pokoju aby zapłacić później np. zbiorczo przy wymeldowaniu. Same ceny za kawę czy sok porównywalne z cenami w kawiarniach na rynku co jest działaniem mało pro klienckim. Rozumiem, dodatkowy koszt ale cena była zdecydowanie wysoka, nie uwzględniała tego czy jest się gościem hotelu czy nie.

Brak możliwości otwarcia okna w pokoju - byliśmy na drugim piętrze - zakładam że chodzi o kwestie klimatyzacji. Nie mniej pokój nie miał możliwości naturalnego przewietrzenia czy otwarcia okna na noc.

LOCATIA ESTE OK, NU FOARTE DEPARTE DE CENTRU. EXISTA TRANSPORT FACIL CATRE CENTRU. CAMERA ESTE MICUTA DAR BINE UTILATA. MICUL DEJUN ESTE SUFICIENT. DIMINEATA SE AUZEA DEVREME GALAGIA DE PE HOL (TURISTI SAU PERSONALUL HOTELULUI) INTRUCAT CAMERA PE CARE AM PRIMIT-O SE AFLA PE CORIDOR.

Cons:

Ar fi fost bine sa existe un mini-frigider in camera, mai ales cand sunt 31 de grade si nu poti consuma lichide la temperatura camerei. Cand ajungeam la micul dejun, salutam personalul hotelului dar nu ni se raspundea, tinerele angajate erau preocupate de discutiile personale.

Struttura con tanto verde nel cuore di Cracovia
Pros:

Il parcheggio all'interno della struttura (con un costo extra) è un aspetto molto positivo visto la posizione del albergo.
E piacevole avere un piccolo giardino per fare colazione.
La zona è molto tranquilla.

Cons:

Nella camera, mancava un mini frigo malgrado c'è tanto spazio per inserirlo. Di estate è fondamentale poter avere le bibite fresche.
Per la colazione, non c'è nessun succo di frutta a disposizione. Solitamente, nei alberghi c'è il succo di arancia (come minimo) ed eventualmente di mela.
Il caffè proposto era all'americana e non espresso. Se un cliente chiede un caffè espresso, deve pagarlo in più del prezzo della colazione.
Non è possibile aprire le finestre perché chiuse a chiave malgrado eravamo al 1° piano.

Definitely worth staying, a real gem
Pros:

Warm welcome on arrival. Comfortable room, clean with kettle and drinks sachets. Absolutely amazing buffet breakfast. I could have tucked in for hours, there was so much choice! Beautiful gardens with seating areas.

Cons:

Nothing really though be prepared to walk appx 15 minutes to Old Town and on again to the Jewish Quarter.
Mattress was a little lumpy!
