Sejour assez bien, la particularité ça été l'accueil, Accueil chaleureux le personnel a l'accueil est tres souriant et la communication assez clair et complète

Pretty decent price and pretty decent hotel for when I go by myself, but I wouldn't go there with my wife.

the service wasn't bad. except one night when when i went to pick up my food delivery from the front desk. And they let me wait 15 minutes for it. And keps saying one Moment plz

写真とは違い建物が古く汚かった。そして部屋の中にGがいて驚きました。シャワールームの扉もPUSHと書かれているのに引いて扉を開けたり、常備されているドライヤーも使えないという。もう二度と利用したくありません。

依然失望，因為近自己要到嘅地方及要探望嘅朋友，才選擇這酒店，今次是第二次入住，住隔離房的人依然會照吸煙， 煙味傳到自己房間， 全天候沒有隔離煙味道，難頂， 走廊房間也有煙味，優點係酒店位置近地鐵，近旺區，地理方便

WiFi 要用大陸號碼先可登入，浴室設施極差，房間隔音亦非常差勁，員工態度還可以，地點方便，鄰近地鐡站，尚算方便

服務員有禮，服務快捷

普通でした。

カードキーの反応が悪く2度ほどフロントへ行きました。それ以外は、普通に快適に宿泊できました。

It was nice to me the location.
But I need to wait long time for check in, reception was not good working.
Room was clean and confortable.

酒店很少，然後廁所跟坐廁是在一起的，小的我都不懂說了，洗澡的時候超不方便，很容易弄濕外面跟坐廁，還有隔音超差的

Stay was good. Breakfast was no good, no choices for Halal for muslim consumers.

房間少尚可忍耐，可是設施實在太差了。

浴室廁所沒有門實在不能接受，與朋友一起入住實覺尷尬。

花灑更是壞的

下次不會去住了。

Even though I check in at 7pm, the counter still say the room was not ready and was waiting for cleaning because they also offer hourly rental. Furthermore, the whole hotel and the room was so smelly.because there are a lot of middle east people stay there and smoke every where.

出張でよく利用するため、必ずワードローブのある部屋を予約しますが、チェックインしてみると予約した部屋よりも安価なワードローブどころかハンガーもない部屋。
フロントへ戻り写真を見せ、予約した部屋に変えるよう伝えたところ、今日はその部屋が全て埋まっているので明日部屋を変える、との事。(何のための予約だ…)
翌日無事に部屋を変える事ができたが、以前にも同じ事があったので、手間がかかる印象。部屋自体は可もなく不可もなくです。

予約時点では、部屋に冷蔵庫が有るように記載されてましたが　実際は、部屋に、冷蔵庫は、設置されてませんでした。

Hotels.com non refundable rate turned out was for a special room. As in the smallest room they had. Really only suitable for 1 person. Desk not used as had to squeeze by bed and tv to get access. Toilet and shower while modern were in the same compartment. Asked to change to a bigger room and told the only option was a windowless room. Fine as long as it was non smoking and female receptionist said it was. When confronted with an astray in the room she said in her bravado (as in lies) that guests know they are not supposed to smoke. C'mon there are no signs and this is China. Everyone smokes! Aside from her the other staff were fine. Most only spoke Mandarin. Wifi in larger room didn't work so changed back to smaller room. Hotel has a good dim sum restaurant on the 3rd floor. Elevators were extremely slow. Expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Only steps away from Tao Jin metro and a Friendship store.
