Pros:

Tiefgarage inklusive, großartiges Frühstück, jederzeit kostenfreie Getränke (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser), am Abend zusätzlich noch ein kleiner Snack möglich (kostenlos), schöne Aussicht, ruhiges Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man an den Fugen und am Waschtisch.

Good hotel, especially if you have a car.
Pros:

Large lobby area to relax in. Shared areas were presented well. Free bikes for those who wanted. Excellent range of food for breakfast.

事前詢問床型，結果到現場入住後是用兩小床拼的，反應給櫃檯人員，櫃檯人員還質疑我認錯床型，人員到達現場後，才回覆這房型就是這樣，不然就是要加價換其他房間

Great place to stay to enjoy Taitung's great waterfront and parks
Pros:

I had read a few reviews that described the staff as indifferent and I was worried that maybe I made a mistake booking a 2-night stay at this hotel. I'm happy to say that staff was exceptional. Despite my limited Mandarin, the staff made sure I understood that there were complimentary snacks all day in the lobby. They helped me with the laundry machines. Then they encouraged my wife and I to borrow one of the free bicycles and take a tour of the local parks, which we happily did. ( I should note that some of the other reviewers pointed out that the bikes are old and not in great shape. I was happy that they were free, and the hotel had dozens to choose from.)

The room we had was terrific, with amazing views. The room also had great air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. There are great restaurants nearby, try Lin's Dumplings or C'est La Vie Bakery.

Cons:

Some people didn't like how the hotel was located on the edge of town. I thought that was great because we wanted to take advantage of both the Seaside and Forest park.
