Pros:

Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Kreta und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir waren vom 29.04-07.05 2026 dort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerbkick gebuch aber haben dann ein Kostenlose Upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer mit outdoor Whirlpool. Das Zimmer war schön und neu und gut ausgestattet mkt Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher und kleiner Kaffeemaschiene. Das Hotel loegt direkt am Meer. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und man ist am Strand. Das Essen im Hotel war meistens gut. Es gibt sowohl zum Frühstück als auch Abendessen Buffet. Beim Abendessen gibt es dann meistens 1-2 Griechische gerichte, 1 Internationales Gericht, 1 Salatbar und Pizza frisch aus einem richtigen Pizzaofen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprechen alle gutes Englisch also man konnte sich immer gut verständigen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiter des SPA bereiches. Wir haben zunächst nach dem einchecken einen gutschein für eine paar massage bekommen. Dann haben uns die 2 netten Damen vom SPA alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch die 2 Masseure waren sehr Professionell und verstanden ihr Handwerk sehr gut. Was zu erwähnen ist das dort wie generell auf Kreta viele Katzen rumlaufen. Wir hatten damit kein Problem aber es ist sicherlich nicht jedermans sache. Das absolute Highlight war qllerdings am letzten abend als es wärend des Abendessens Traditionel Kretische livemusik inklusive Tänzer gab. Als dke Tänzer fertig waren haben sie denjenigen die wollten ein paar tanzschritte beigebracht. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel nur empfehlen und wir würden immerwieder dort hin.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns etwas gestlrt hat war, das es teilweise von außerhalb des hotels nachts etwas laut war. Das liegt daran, dass es an der Promenade von Limenas viele Bars und Clubs gibt also ist dort viel Partyvolk unterwegs. Jetzt anfang Mai war es noch nicht so schlimm aber mitte August könnte es vieleicht etwas nerviger sein.

Hôtel très propre et calme , bien situé entre les magasins et la plage.
Pros:

La conviabilite, la propreté, le calme, la bonne nourriture.grand espace dans la chambre

Cons:

L’eau froide de la piscine, la jacuzzi : eau froide : pas utilisé. Pas de mur entre chambre et salle de bain. Pas de prise électrique et de lumière à côté du petit lit.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et leur professionnalisme ainsi que l’aide de Rena lors d’une situation administrative un peu compliquée avec notre loueur de voiture.
La propreté de l’établissement .

Cons:

La musique autour de la piscine qui résonnait dans la chambre.

Our stay was pleasant however I would not return to this property
Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast was the worse thing about this property, it was buffet style with plenty on offer but was cold. Cold fried egg sold bacon ,sausage everything was cold!!!
Evening meal was also cold and not served with a hot drink

Краще обрати інше місто та готель. Море сіре і виду особливого нема. Є краще.

Цікавий номер з прозорим душем та видом на море. 🌊 сподобалось, що було харчування

Cons:

Ми були не в сезон і в містечку поряд все було зачинено. З номера одразу вид на вулицю і тебе видно. Немає зовсім відчуття комфорту. Навпроти номеру лавочка на якій постійно сиділи люди. Тобто виходиш на балкон і вони ось поряд навпроти тебе. Ні затишку, ні усамітнення ні вечірок чи активностей.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή, με περιθώρια βελτίωσης στις λεπτομέρειες!
Pros:

Η διαμονή μας στο δωμάτιο με το εξωτερικό τζακούζι ήταν απλά σούπερ! Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική για να απολαύσεις τη Χερσόνησο.

Cons:

Υπάρχουν κάποια σημεία που χρειάζονται προσοχή:
Γυμναστήριο: Είναι πολύ μικρό, όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και ο εξοπλισμός χρειάζεται άμεσα ανανέωση και αντικατάσταση.
Επιδόρπια: Ενώ το κυρίως φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και γευστικό, τα γλυκά δυστυχώς δεν κυμαίνονταν στο ίδιο επίπεδο. Φαινόταν να υστερούν σε ποιότητα, θυμίζοντας τα τυποποιημένα επιδόρπια των all inclusive ξενοδοχείων, κάτι που δεν ταίριαζε με την υπόλοιπη γαστρονομική εμπειρία.
Early Breakfast Box: Πολύ φτωχό και μη επαρκές. Θα έπρεπε να περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον ένα μπουκάλι νερό, ειδικά για κάποιον που ξεκινάει νωρίς το πρωί.

Great location close to the beach, car rentals, restaurants and activity providers. Cozy hotel, great dinner variety and nice staff (and cats!). The room was quite large and clean, and I loved the jacuzzi option. Also, well equipped gym for basic workouts.

Je recommande hôtel impérial et calme
Pros:

Hôtel impeccable personnel sympa bon petit déjeuner et excellent dîner des plats mijotés et avec du goût
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir été surclassés avec une suite en bas vue et accès direct à la mer merci

Cons:

Juste un manque de rangement au niveau du coin salle de bain pour poser nos produits juste une étagère
Et je trouve dommage de n’a pas avoir au moins de l’eau pour le repas du soir dans la demie pension

belle ile à visiter et les gens sont accueillant
Pros:

le personnel sympathique et accueillant la chambre avec jacuzzi par contre la nourriture etait bonne les 2 premiers jours et ensuite ça s'est degrade pareil pour le menage au debut il etait bien fait et ensuite à la va vite mais globalement j'ai passe un bon sejour

la nourriture et qu'il ne propose pas de petite bouteille d'eau au repas
le message etait bien mais chere!
