Hanoi-Moscow Aparthotel

Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo "hotel" non ho idea di che criterio sono state assegnate 4 stelle ad un hotel del genere...sono già troppe 3! Evitatelo.

관광지랑 거리가 멀지만 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 점이 좋음(셰르메체보 공항에선 택시타고 오기 좋음. 700루블 정도) 모스크바에서 이런 정도의 시설과 가격을 찾기가 힘듦. 부모님과의 여행이라 서양음식만 먹기 힘들어서 주방시설 갖춰져있는 호텔이 필요했음. 자주 이용하는 편인데, 룸 컨디션이 들쑥날쑥 함. 가끔 바닥이 매우 기름지고 냄새나는 경우가 있는데, 그 전 이용자가 어느나라 사람이냐에 따라 차이 나는 것 같음. 호텔 바로 앞에 큰 마트와 식당가 있음.

Apartment very clean and spacious. It has vietnamese restaurant which serves tasty pho bo. Cons are : it is located too far from other facilities. Nothing around. Hard to approach

For it's price - not bed at all: it's an extended stay suite that cost me like $30/day, or even less. The hotel is reasonably clean and doesn't have that terrible smell of a cheap motel. The rooms are big enough, it had a small dining/living room, the bed was comfy. The tiny bathroom had an even tinier washing machine - so I could wash my exercise gear.
Attention - NO GYM. The hotel's gym is closed, and no alternative is available on the premises. Within a walking distance there is a fitness center (Zebra Fitness, or something like that) - they do one session passes, around $10/session.
The Vietnamese restaurants at the complex are excellent - if you like Vietnamese food - you will enjoy yourself.

Don't expect anything glamorous, but I consider this is a good deal if you are travelling on a budged.

Номер 1703 кишит тараканами. Они даже не боятся людей. Крупные взрослые особи бегают по всему номеру. Заселятся в него я не стала. На ресепшене эту информацию выслушали без удивления, то есть это всем известно! При этом никаких мер не предпринимается.
Я просила вернуть деньги, однако, мне сказали что это невозможно и предложили номер без насекомых. Пришлось согласится, так как заселялась я поздно ночью после длительного перелёта. Глаз ночью я не сомкнула, т.к. были сомнения относительно отсутствия тараканов и в этом номере. По правде говоря, в номере 1730 не заметила ни одного. Но в нём как и во всей гостинице стоит отвратительный специфический очень сильный запах.

Several facilities not in use (fitness, swimming) without information prior.

Food absolutely a disgrace and uneatable

Plumbing issues, water backing up in shower and kitchen sink. Air conditioning not cooling sufficient

There are a lot of insects in the room, The restaurant Is dirty, The bath shower is for small persona, and don’t have room servilce.

El desayuno no me gusto. Era exclusivamente vietnamita. Pienso que deberían tener opciones más estándar (frutas naturales por ejemplo)

The room was not clean the bed was very in comfortable and the breakfast was horrible

Hotel had large rooms and good cooking facilities.

The pull-out sofa would have been the best I've ever slept on of it could remain locked in position and not slip from time to time.

Hotel served by restaurant, supermarket and other stores.

Free shuttle to metro was appreciated as hotel was a bit far from Moscow.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Muy legos del centro de Moscú, los cuartos con baños que huelen a drenaje y si sales un poco tarde ya No hacen tus habitaciones, los pasillos de afuera de tu cuarto huelen continuamente a comida que preparan los huéspedes asiáticos en su mayoría.

Room was spacious and clean. A bit far from main attractions but Uber/Yandex are fairly cheap. Staff was great.

Hotel facilities are fine. Rooms are espacious and clean but the housekeepers are rude and rough. She walked into the door w her keys without knock the door once. the second time she knocked the door and walked in withouth our permission. She didnt care if we were naked

Good marketing terrible hotel. My room smell food all the time. Nobody speaks a word in English. It is dedicated to Vietnam people.

1st room smells like fish, hotel changed our room, new room had only one bathroom, had a punched hold on the bedroom door, found a condom, didn’t clean our room the next day, no sign for privacy and found trash inside of the elevator!!

The overall stay was good and one or two things to say about it was the maintenance of the bathroom, I had really a bad toilet seat that needed to be replaced ( it was moving from it’s place because the hinges were broken) and one blinking lamp on the ceiling, they didn’t do anything about it and i said I must to write that on my review maybe they will take it on mind and considering the importance of maintenance more in the future
