Pros:

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage! Das Zimmer mit Jacuzzi und Meerblick war einfach traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass das Hotel nicht zu groß ist und dadurch eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre bietet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Lage ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Weg führt direkt an der Strandpromenade entlang.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn teilweise hören konnte – wir hatten allerdings auch recht laute Gäste zwei Zimmer weiter, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann. Außerdem ließ sich der Fernseher mehrfach nicht richtig einschalten. (Haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt ob es eventuell einen Trick gibt. Das Meeresrauschen hat zum einschlafen gereicht ☺️)

Ein Ort, an den man zurückkehren möchte.
Ende April / Anfang Mai war dafür einfach die perfekte Zeit: ruhig, nicht überfüllt und voller Atmosphäre.
Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt — Atmosphäre, Herzlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Komfort und diese besondere Ruhe direkt am Meer. Die liebevoll vorbereiteten Frühstücke, die fürsorgliche Betreuung und die warme Stimmung haben diesen Urlaub für mich wirklich besonders gemacht.
Ein Ort zum Durchatmen, Ankommen und Krafttanken. 🤍

The stay was okay, but also the beach rules are messed up.

Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut, es gab Getränke und Snacks bei den Sonnenliegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und immer sauber. Man ist mit einem kurzen Spaziergang direkt in Rethymno :)

Cons:

Eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Badekleidung auf dem Balkon wäre praktisch

Exceptional Service and Warm Greek Hospitality

We really enjoyed staying here, the incredible team went above and beyond every day. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The manager, Filio, was so incredibly welcoming. She checked in on us every morning at breakfast to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Her attentiveness was wonderful. Irene in reception was so lovely and welcoming from the moment we checked in.

Despina, the chef, prepared breakfast which was a highlight of our stay. She prepared an amazing variety of greek food that changed every day- it is sad to leave with such amazing breakfasts provided each morning.
The housekeeper, Huria, was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming.

We really appreciate how the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely return if we are ever in Crete again.
