訂房的時候，原則上看照片跟你們訂什麼房間，那就代表我接受那個房型，如果說我訂的那個房型，你們先給了其他客人，也沒關係，但是我訂的是有窗，外部浴室的房間，現場的給我無窗的小房間，我就不太能接受，如果知道你們是這樣安排，我就會多花幾百塊去住其他旅館，雖然我當下反應，現場的工作人員也馬上換，但是感覺很差。再來，入住後，我坐在椅子上吃宵夜，床都沒有動，睡覺前，才發現枕頭上有很長的一根頭髮，還是正面，另外一個枕頭聞了一下，我也直接丟旁邊。隔天透過LINE傳照片給你們，客服跟我講一堆，非要我跟你們提醒，住那麼多次，我第一次碰到這種狀況，跟你們反應，不是吵架，對方才跟我說會再注意，一開始跟我講這種話就好了，有很困難嗎！？？
