“Overcharged, Disrespected, and Completely Disappointed”

We had booked 2 double rooms for 3 nights,  through booking.com. During the booking process, we accidentally selected one guest per room. However, the amount charged was still the double room rate shown on booking.com.
We immediately contacted the hotel by email and asked them to correct the reservation from single occupancy to double occupancy in both rooms. Their response was that they could not modify the reservation and that we would have to pay an additional €15 per day for each extra guest.
We also tried contacting booking.com, but they were unable to assist us and kept referring us back to the hotel. After countless messages exchanged between booking.com and ibis, with each side directing us to the other, I finally called the hotel reservations department directly.
I spoke with the reservations manager, Olag, whose attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable and extremely rude. Our trip had not even started yet, and already the experience was terrible.
When we finally arrived at the hotel, unfortunately our concerns proved to be justified.
We paid the additional charge for the second guest in each room, even though the official hotel website offered double rooms at a much lower rate.
The hotel building itself was basic and in a good location, but the rooms felt more like hospital rooms. There were only two bath towels and one bath mat provided — not even face towels.
We stayed for 3 nights. On one of the nights, there was a power outage on our floor for several hours, leaving our rooms without electricity or lights. The receptionist promised that we would be moved to rooms on another floor. However, when we later asked for the new rooms, he claimed that there were no rooms available after all. When we asked what we were supposed to do, he rudely told us to “sleep outside.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable for hotel staff.
In general, unfortunately, the staff displayed a similar attitude throughout our stay.

Vše bylo v pořádku, byli jsme spokojeni.
Pros:

Snídaně byla OK, možná bych přivítala i něco sladkého, ale není to nutné. Personál byl příjemný, snažil se nám vysvětlit i jiné záležitosti, např. rada při cestování po Vídni a pod.

Cons:

Na pokoj bych přidala alespoň jednu židli navíc, nebo ještě jeden věšák na oblečení. Pro dva lidi je jedna židle a jeden věšák málo.

직원이 줄서있는 아시안 패싱하고 체크인 다른사람 먼저받고 양해나 사과도 없음 체크인 하는데 20분 기다림
이후 다시 길에서 봐도 무시한채 담배물고 무단횡단 하는걸 마주했음
