乾淨 早餐還不錯
環境整潔乾淨，房間稍微有點小但衣櫃冰箱以及其他應該有的品項都蠻齊全的，但唯一覺得比較奇怪的是廁所的開關門的部分，是較簡易的霧面半透明門，除外整體住宿都不錯。
很喜歡早餐的部分，有多樣的中西式早餐可以選擇，服務人員態度也很親切，推薦推薦～
整體服務ok!房間隔音比較不好!
因在Hotels上面看到幾個評價說雙人床是兩張單人床拼的，入住飯店前打電話跟中正美學確認，電話中櫃檯小姐表示所有的房型都是這樣的（？），入住後真的是兩張單人床拼的床，睡到中間的時候真的會有凹陷的感覺。
第一天入住的時候，洗澡就覺得熱水不太夠熱；第二天晚上洗的時候，根本就是溫水沒有熱水.......，正逢寒流低溫，飯店提供充足的熱水不應該是最基本嗎？遇到後打電話給櫃檯，櫃檯表示要洗熱一點的水可以去飯店對面的其他房間，可是我正洗到一半耶！？
飯店是位於龍潭市中心，停車也蠻方邊的，但是房間稍嫌老舊，個人對於洗澡都要提心吊膽沒有熱水實在無法忍受。

往來週遭景點交通不甚便利。飯店可以多準備些旅遊資訊，租車資訊。
房間雖不大，但整體住宿還算舒適喔！

早餐不錯
附近有菜市場，晚上有熱鬧的小夜市，服務人員態度很好，早餐乾淨人員親切，唯此次廁所洗澡時水量偏小，其它都挺滿意
早餐很豐富蠻驚艷的，附近有夜市與便利商店，整體來說都不錯，但床比較硬，當天住的雙人床好像是兩張單人床租的，一直睡到中間那個洞。
非常體貼的服務，第二天上午因為一早出門，返回飯店後已經超過早餐時間，
但服務人員仍然很熱情的招呼我吃早餐，且一直叮嚀我別急別急。
是很為顧客著想的飯店。很棒。
訂房有註明攜帶3歲兒同行，住宿前一天人員打電話問我需要什麼殘障設備？我說不需要謝謝。當天到現場check in 時說帶幼兒要收費
這次的住宿是為了配合小孩的畢業旅行，入住後發現老板親切，早餐好吃，而且我們一家三口是第一次睡在加大床的雙人房，超舒服的！甚至於小朋友興奮到直接在床上翻筋斗。
飯店感覺有點老舊,不過整體環境尚可接受,比較介意是停車問題,入住前有電話詢問是否有提供免費停車,櫃台回答有提供免費停車,可是當天入住時櫃台卻告知免費停車只提供到早上七點,感受上不是很好.
浴室洗澡用水有點小
訂房時的房間圖片與實際入住的房間不符合，訂房時要特別留意。
従業員の方々の親切さに色々たすけられました。日本語と英語でコミュニケーションとれ、自転車等の持ち込みも手伝ってもらい、非常に助かりました。また、機会あれば利用させてもらいます。場所も繁華街と昔ながらの街並みと湖のすぐ近くなので、全て徒歩圏内です。オススメです。
