正にRoman theaterの目の前にあり、私が泊まったお部屋からRoman theaterが観れて感激しました。
hotel自体は、少し古さを感じますが、お部屋内、bathroom、rooftopにあるレストラン、どこもとても清潔です。
free wifiが遅めの時が、たまにある
Good location, a must do is the walking tour, 2 hours to get familiar with the area, ask any questions etc. I was shown where I could buy beer etc .

My stay at Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Marie and Zaaed for their warm hospitality, friendliness and excellent accommodation throughout my stay.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Amman, making it very accessible to many attractions. I especially enjoyed strolling the city, exploring the local culture, and visiting nearby landmarks such as Roman Theatre in front of the hotel and the walking distance of the Citadel.
The food was delicious and I had great time bonding with local and my Phil Kabayans while enjoying authentic local Jordanian cuisine. After a long hours of travel, it was a pleasure to return to my quiet and comfortable room, where I was able to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
A special thank you to Ma’am Marie for her exceptional care and kindness. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay.
Definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting Amman. The combination of its excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and authentic local experience made my trip even more special.

Breakfast is of very good quality.
Hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice. specifically Mr yazeed very nice person. Terrace is beautiful with clear view of Roman Stairs and City center.
Wifi was very disturbing and it was very slow and disconnects many times.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony. The downtown location was very convenient. Just across the road for the Roman Theatre and a ~ 20minute walk from the Citadel. The staff were fantastic! We also loved the breakfast Madeira cake.
Downtown streets can get very noisy at night and we were glad for our ear plugs!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Zaman Ya Zaman - perfect location opposite the amphitheatre, parking round the corner, walking distance to Downtown. Great breakfast, great views from the breakfast room. Superb staff, Yazid, Mohammad, Mary, fantastic guys. The bed was super comfy. We'll be back.

Steps. Can Amman be in Amsterdam...oh...no...well, nothing then! Loved it all.
A beautiful and peaceful hotel that blends old and modern elements together, with a very calm atmosphere.
The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the view is absolutely beautiful.
The rooms are decent, but they could use a small fridge to keep water cold.
The hotel is close to everything ♥️
