Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Yazeed et Mohamed Khattab à la réception. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité permanente, leur professionnalisme et leur respect de la vie privée des clients sont remarquables. À chaque instant, ils étaient à l’écoute, prêts à aider avec le sourire et beaucoup de respect. Ils donnent véritablement l’impression d’être entouré par une famille.

Un grand merci également à Mary du service d’entretien. Son sourire lumineux, sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur ont embelli notre séjour. La propreté irréprochable des chambres et l’attention qu’elle porte aux moindres détails méritent toute notre reconnaissance.

Je souhaite aussi remercier la personne responsable des visites et des excursions dans les souks et les marchés. Son accompagnement, sa bienveillance et sa connaissance des lieux nous ont permis de découvrir la ville dans les meilleures conditions.

Toute l’équipe fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, d’une excellente éthique et d’un profond respect envers les clients. Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable. Lors de mon prochain séjour en Jordanie, je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La amabilidad del recepcionista (Yesid), estuvo muy atento a ayudarme. Allí me recomendaron un walking tour con Ibrahim que fue de muchísima ayuda, fue muy amable y atento para explicar algunos sitios importantes del centro de Amman.
