Great atmosphere and everyone was super friendly
Julieth was an absolute angel. I arrived at the hostel feeling completely devastated because I had left my purse with all my money in Guatavita, about an hour away, and I honestly didn’t know if I would ever get it back.
Julieth helped me more than I can even describe. She arranged transportation back to the place, searched everything online, and made sure I didn’t have a panic attack while waiting. She even sent me a glass of juice to help me calm down, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
The way she treated me felt like being helped by a close friend I had known forever. I will never forget this experience. In the end, everything turned out well and I found my purse in Guatavita, but staying at Viajero truly made my whole trip better.
The next day, Alexa also helped me change rooms and provided me with a hair dryer, and I’m so grateful that such wonderful, cool, and caring people work there. You really feel that you are safe and supported at all times, which means everything especially as a solo female traveler.
I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is simply AMAZING!
Everything was perfect
La réception ouverte 24h/24, le personnel sympathique, l'emplacement à proximité des principaux points d'intérêt de la capitale colombienne, le restaurant sur place, chambre fonctionnelle avec salle de bain (eau très chaude !)
Trop de bruit (soirées karaoké/concert...) et ma chambre était juste à l'étage du dessus, aucune insonorisation avec l'extérieur donc difficile de se reposer après un long vol

Bis jetzt leider das schlechteste Viajero das ich war :(.. und ich war schon in 6 verschiedenen.
Ich habe extra ein Privatzimmer gebucht wegen dem Spa und inbegriffen ist nur sauna, für den Pool muss man extra bezahlen und als ich gefragt habe für den Pool hiess es, der ist kalt im moment.
Zudem ist das essen nicht wirklich sehr gut, und es gibt nur eine Beilage und das ist Pommes.
Dann hat es zwar eine Klimaanlage aber die kann man nicht selber steuern. Ich hatte jede Nacht so heiss.
Dann machen sie keine Wäsche.
Die dusche ist halb kaputt, und das Lavabo fliesst nicht richtig ab.
Der Fernseher ist gefühlt von den 80er Jahren. (Keine streaming dienste verfügbar).
Zum Glück sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich :)
