De bedden waren heel lekker
Bijna alles was goed
Danny was extremely accommodating. I encountered a few problems, the initial room had some issues and she was able to relocate me. All the staff were wonderful. I also enjoyed my walk with Leo. Guests were friendly and events were entertaining. Sorry I missed saying goodbye to Danny.
My initial room safe and AC not working
Cande and Emilio were amazing in service and communication, i can't rate them enough.
I also really liked the shower pressure and the SPA surpassed my expectations, i wish i had more time to use it
My room did not have an inner curtain, only the thick one so i couldn't really look out of it with privacy, so it stayed closed throughot my stay

It is a social hostel with plenty to do, and places to hang out. location is very good, if you want to climb Monseratte, this will be one of the closest hostels you can find.
The prices are even above gringo prices, and that is not ohkay. Driving the prices for locals also through the roof. Further i have to say that the tours organised by the volunteers itself was very poor, and i reccomend just to take the 'City Tours' or book a good local one. It was quite loud in the hostel, even 4 floors up. And lastly there were bugs in the room. And two other people in different rooms had the same problem. So seperatly 3 rooms with bugs and the staff did not do anything after asking for it to be dealt several times.
Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, welches mir auch bei der Buchung meines Busses nach Cali geholfen hat. Insbesondere Julieth nahm sich immer wieder Zeit, um meine vielen Fragen zu beantworten. Gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit warmem Wasser in der Dusche.
In meinem Zimmer roch es manchmal etwas komisch und der Dampfabzug im Bad hörte sich an, als würde er bald auseinanderfallen.
Tolle lage, tolle aktivitäten, tolle Menschen
Leider finde ich immer die viajeros für den Preis eher schmutzig. Im Bad hat es Schimmel, weil es schlecht durchlüftet ist. Das Bett war aber sauber und komfortabel und die aktivitäten machen die Sauberheit wett.

Es un hostel con un ambiente divertido y mucha energía. Hay bastante fiesta, pero también actividades que te permiten conocer gente y disfrutar el momento al máximo.
Un agradecimiento especial a Cande quien organiza actividades como stretching, dinámicas físicas y momentos para compartir, creando una muy buena vibra entre todos.
