Inefficient: If you want to change rooms, you HAVE TO make an online check-in every single time. I ended up doing it like three or four times in total. Doesn't't matter that they already have your data on file, for every change you must do the whole process online again and again.

If you want to use the Sauna and Steam room, (which used to be FREE for your whole stay, no must now buy the whole package, which is expensive for Hostel standards and despite the tiny discount lure you with. And that would let you use it just for a single day). It now has a bunch of rules that make it more bothersome; the woman who sells those sauna/hydromassage passes, leaves much to wish for when expecting a professional service (I actually laugh to think of the word professional while writing about them).

No improvements on the Sauna and Steam baths in spite of the new requirements to access it. And it looks like they fired the man, who actually made that sauna and steam rooms, especial. Do not buy that, there is an alternative option next door for half the price.

Other reviews mentioned the staff as condescending, rude, unwilling to help and negligent. I can completely confirm that. Except for a couple of the morning shift members and the maintenance guys. They are all like that!
No positive improvements from 1.5 years ago when I came for the last time.

Also, quite inefficient. I remember noticing, how in the dorms, they assign the wrong beds to a couple of guests and the security guard came late at night talking loud over the phone, confirming to try and fix the bureaucratic mess done earlier.

And heard from other guests, how they were mistreated, or given wrong/unclear instructions, and disappointed for a reason or another.


The cheapest dormitory of 8, that was assing to me at first, had a clogged shower and sink, that makes it a challenge to get out of the shower with your feet clean (same issue 1.

The evening program was very loud so you couldnt take dinner without noise. The food was already a little cold. Why dont you let people pay their drinks in the spa area with their room number? Doesnt make sense to expect cash in a bikini, right?

O café da manhã é muito limitado. Você tem a opção de escolha no cardápio menu, a minha era sempre a mesma comida, mas descobri ótimas padarias e cafeterias no entorno. inclusive no CityU tem uma cafeteria Hornitos, comi a melhor arepa da minha vida, rsrs excelente.

A limpeza do quarto era ok, porém a do banheiro era terrível. Muito mofo, pedaços do azulejo soltando. Acredito que não seja responsabilidade da equipe de limpeza em si e sim uma reforma é necessária.

Principalmente la atención de la recepcionista Daniela, recomiendo que la puedan ayudar a empatizar con los clientes, que deje de hacerse la victima, pareciera que solo pretende caer bien a los clientes de pelo rubio, y no así con los demás, personalmente y conmigo, no fue para nada empática e invisibilizo mi problemática.

Hygiëne in het sauna gedeelte mag iets beter. En wat aparte mensen die gebruik maken van wellness en regels niet goed kennen. Zodat het ontspannend is voor iedereen die er gebruik van maakt.

Is not a clean place, the bathroom of my room was completely disgusting, I almost puked. The hostel although that is decorated, is old (mostly the rooms). O d member of the staff was super rude because I took a coffee (which the girl from the reception told me that I could have) and a glass of water and the guy was very rude saying that I had to pay I would want more (but like starring at me and super rude). There is dirty and trash in the common areas, smells bad and we really didn’t enjoyed the vibe. Nevertheless I only stayed for one night - which was more than enough
