I like the treatment of Julieth very kind very attentive
Great location in Bogota, so close to everything I wanted to visit but still quiet enough. Staff were lovely and so helpful. As a solo traveller it was great having the meet and drink every evening to meet people and the team put on loads of optional events.
Clean and friendly staff, Dani was excellent.
No discount for residents for sauna
La gente de recepción es muy amorosa y siempre predispuesta. Hay un espacio tranquilo y una guitarra. Buena ubicación
El SPA es aparte y carísimo mientras en otros hostales está incluido.
No hay para cocinar ; ni siquiera para calentar agua para el mate o café , tenía que calentar en el microondas en cuotas 😓
El hostel tiene un bar que está bueno para el que le gusta tomar , pero irónicamente, no es ideal para sociabilizar en comparación a otros hostales.

We enjoyed our stay at Viajero. Our room was spacious and clean, a good sized bathroom and the staff were helpful.
We booked for the spa facilities and when we arrived we were informed they were closed for maintenance. This was disappointing as we were not informed in advance and were one of the reasons we booked.
Looks like a pretty big hostel, and they had an elevator. Shower was good too.
Location is a bit sketchy, staff wasn’t attentive and i didn’t really feel welcome. Rooms were okay but not really clean. One day I woke up and the Police was in my room.
