Mooi luxe hotel
Pros:

Een hartelijk ontvangst en heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, mooie schone kamer met balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en een heerlijk zwembad

Cons:

De matrassen van de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, ik als rug patiënt had last van het ingezakte matras

Pros:

Een zeer goeie ligging. Je zat ver genoeg van het centrum maar er tegelijk ook dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel! Ze herkenden je snel aan de bar, wisten je kamernummer na paar dagen wat heel fijn was want je voelde je extra welkom. Ontbijt was lekker en ruime keuze.

Cons:

Soms wat veel lawaai. Door geen airco op de kamer en warme overdag hadden we het raam opengezet. De 1e dagen was het ok maar vanaf de 5e dag waren er andere toeristen aangekomen en die namen het niet zo nauw met de nachtrust en maakten veel kabaal

A gem of a hotel in a stunning area of Austria.
Pros:

Great location - close to hiking trails, train station, bus routes. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes a short walk away. Walks could be done directly from hotel or further afield.
Spa and pool area were lovely.
Scenery was stunning.
Voucher for complementary drink on arrival was a nice touch.
Most staff were very friendly.
Room was large and clean.
Traditional feel was in keeping with the area.

Cons:

Breakfast - feel the option of hot food (eggs/ omelette) could be improved. Not consistently offered and was left to stand so it was cold.

Esperienza positiva se non fosse per la maleducazione del receptionist

L'hotel è pulito, la camera confortevole e la posizione centrale. Ottima la colazione. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Antonio, una persona squisita, estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L'esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata dall'accoglienza ricevuta al nostro arrivo da parte del receptionist Andrea. Siamo stati trattati con maleducazione e arroganza, senza alcun motivo, nonostante ci fossimo rivolti a lui con la massima cordialità ed educazione. Un atteggiamento del genere è inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva e rischia di compromettere l'immagine di un hotel.

Speriamo di poterci tornare a breve.
Pros:

L' Hotel dispone di un comodo grande parcheggio. E' situato in una comoda posizione. Il personale è molto accogliente (in particolare debbo ricordare Andrea in reception ed il barman Antonio). Stavolta abbiamo utilizzato la proposta della loro cena a 4 portate: molto buona, sfiziosa ed abbondante. La camera era molto fresca e pulita. Infine debbo menzionare la ricca e variegata colazione del mattino.

Pros:

The pool was lovely, warm water. The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Sauna opens at 3pm. No AC and no kettle to make a tea or coffee in the room.
