essere svegliati alle 5:50 di mattino dalla sirena allarme incendio per un falso allarme, è stato per me molto sgradevole. Avevo bisogno di rilassarmi almeno un giorno e invece la giornata è iniziata nel peggiore dei modi, non sono più riuscito a dormire. Peccato!

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English. Nothing was too much trouble. Quality and standard of food was very high. Service top quality. Room was high end clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Hotel well positioned. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. From someone who likes the finer things in life and definitely 5* Hotels......

Cons:

Personally, I found one female member of staff in the restaurant to be rather unfriendly at breakfast. Not rude but uninterested. But she was the only one. The steps closest to coffee and tea facilities needs to be highlighted as I consider them to be dangerous. I tripped on them and so did another guest....
