Pros:

Clean, comfortable, but with the rooms surrounding the pool, it can be noisy and wet. The thing that turned me off was the bird cage kept outside the rooms. Not only is it unnecessary and cruel to keep creatures in cages for human amusement, these parrots squawk incessantly for hours on end.

Quiet location
Pros:

This is a small but excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good. This is our second time staying here. We like it because it is in a quiet neighborhood, but still easily accessible to the center of Granada. The pool is small, but a welcome cool off from a hot day walking around the city.

Surprisingly good hotel
Pros:

Everything is better than expected, the room is comfortable, the bathroom has space, the aircon is quiet. Breakfast is cooked to order. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential. The locals sit outside in the evenings, in the Nicaraguan fashion, so nobody should feel uncomfortable walking around. The only negative is finding it, its sign is tiny. A woman who lived a block away guaranteed me that it didn't exist.

Good hotel
Pros:

A well set up hotel, room is spacious, aircon is quiet, breakfast is enjoyable. The location is a quiet residential area, people sit outside in the evenings in the neighbourhood so nobody should feel uncomfortable. The only negative is finding it, they have a tiny sign, if you reach a building with large circular windows you have the right block.

Great stay.
Pros:

Wee booked for one night and ended up staying four total. Free wifi and breakfast with stay can't beat that. Walk around during the day no problem after dark we took taxis back tonight hotel. Great place overall will be returning.
