Hej, vi bodde en natt på ert hotell i rum 53. Jag och min partner hade ont i ryggen och kroppen och behövde jacuzzi och varmt vatten, och vi reste ungefär 400 kilometer för att komma till ert hotell. Tyvärr var jacuzzin trasig och vattnet i poolen kallt. När vi informerade personalen fick vi veta att den var ur funktion.
Det hade varit mycket bättre om ni hade informerat om detta på er webbplats, så att vi inte hade rest så långt i onödan. Vi är verkligen besvikna eftersom vi betalade för en bra vistelse med avkoppling. Men…!

Pros:

Quick 1 night stay here when going cx-skiing in Högbo. In general the place was great value and met our expectations. Restaurant (and especially our waiter) was great!

Cons:

I would like to have know upfront that the spa needed to be pre-booked (I tried backtrack to see if i missed it, but could not find it), when we got to the hotel it was already fully booked so we missed out.
