Clean and accessible
Pros:

The hotel room is clean and tidy, whereas the location is rather accessible to Kokura station and another monorail station.

Great location
Pros:

Convenient location for a good price. Staff was excellent and the friendliest I have ever encountered. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was decent at 1,900¥.
