原本住11樓左右 晚上洗澡的時候遲遲等不到熱水 等了將近半小時 打電話給客服 他們原本給我們的解決方案是先開另外一間房間給我們盥洗（不是換房）我們想說有點麻煩 乾脆不要了 然後服務人員說可以給我們換房 結果換到了六樓。 飯店大樓不能吃東西 當天是颱風 沒地方可以去 又是早上的飛機 不知道要去哪

В сауне, из раздевалки, нужно убрать писсуары, это полная антисанитария. Не приятно, когда ты переодеваешься, кто то стоит и писает. Это прям безобразие. Тем более, в этом помещении есть туалет, зачем еще и писсуары????? Установите один дополнительный в туалете.
А на место писуаров поставьте диванчик или кресло, которого там очень не хватает
