Staybridge Suites Orlando at SeaWorld by IHG - Free Breakfast & Shuttle to SeaWorld Parks

Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind. Monday-Wednesday they have a social hour in which they cook a full complimentary meal. It was great.

Lori is an excellent hostess.

While we were there, a fire alarm disturbance occurred, and Eddie, the night manager did an excellent job dealing with everyone's questions and concerns.

Dez checked us in and was always friendly and attentive.

I wish all of IHG's hotel staff members could be as personable as those at Staybridge.

Harsha and the entire staff were helpful courteous and pleasant.
I would recommend this property.

Nice and easy access to onward journey and also the room was clean and bright. The breakfast was also ok. Staff booking in were helpful, and answered any questions we had with appropriate knowledge.

We had a great 4 day stay at the Staybridge Suites Orlando. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Shout outs to Lori, Nancy, and Wallace in the kitchen, Idriss at the social hour, and Geo and Des at the front desk. Thank you all!

The location was perfect for what we needed. We wanted something close to the convention center, Disney Springs and food. We used Uber eats for all our food delivery and Uber to get back and forth from the convention. The room was super spacious which is what we wanted and needed. The staff was super friendly. The food for breakfast was surprisingly the best hotel food we've had yet. We stayed on the side that views SeaWorld and being a holiday weekend we got to see the fireworks from our room and whatever other light show they had going on.

I loved the proximity to SeaWorld—it was within walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen (full fridge, dishwasher) and spacious suite were perfect for me and hubby. The free breakfast saved us a lot of money, and the fee for parking was a $10 although I don’t think hotels should charge for parking after all we do pay a hefty fee to stay as a guest.

From the moment of our arrival until our departure, this establishment provided the most comfortable, enjoyable, and aesthetically pleasing hotel experience we have encountered in many years. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only exceptional comfort but also the genuine care and dedication of its staff. My stay was exemplary, and I would eagerly return for an extended visit should the opportunity arise.

We stayed for two nights and had no issues at all. The room was spacious and it was nice to have the kitchen area although we didn't really use it to cook anything lol. The breakfast was just ok, its close to restaurants, stores and Seaworld and Discovery Cove. Price was good, would recommend.

In the last 25 years of traveling, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences my family has ever had. During our stay in May 2026, we found what appeared to be termite eggs throughout our room on the 6th floor — inside the kitchen cabinets where dishes are stored, on the kitchen floor, and on top of the cabinets. Some had apparently been sitting long enough to hatch in the room.

After spending an entire day at the parks, my family of four had to pack everything up and move rooms, only to find the second room also had termite eggs. When brought to the attention of the front desk, the young lady acted completely unaware and rudely dismissed the issue by claiming they had “never had issues like this before.” I requested a refund since we had only been there about 24 hours, but the hotel refused to help because the booking was through a third party. We immediately left the property, checked into the Renaissance across the street, and have since started a dispute with our bank.

Beyond the pest issue, the hotel is extremely dated and poorly maintained. Stained carpets, damaged baseboards, worn furniture, chipped wood trim, and moldy corners in the shower (in BOTH rooms) were noticeable throughout the property, and the online photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else for your own peace of mind. My skin was crawling for days after staying here. For the condition this property is currently in, it honestly felt more comparable to a Motel 6, Days Inn, or Best Western than the standard this hotel advertises.
