It was really practical and the location was perfect for the attractions we were visiting this time.
Pros:

Everything was very nice. The staff were friendly and the food was great. Having the full kitchen in the room was so nice. It was well equipped with the essentials.

The mattress on the bed was really worn and uncomfortable.

Picking up family from airport overnight.
Pros:

Size of room, kitchen.

Cons:

The living room smelled very strongly of marijuana . They tried to get rid of it with air purifier but didn't work. Not their fault but that room needs DEEP cleaning.

Universal Studios Accommodation
Pros:

Staff were friendly, supportive throughout our stay. Small hotel, felt homely. Food, not the greatest, it was ok but we always found something we could eat. Surprised social evening meals first part of the week... nice surprise for us. Great location for the parks. We visited Universal, 15 min in Uber... They had a small heated pool, great for our teens who love being in the pool. They provided towels, daily cleaning and toiletries. The decor was tiresome but got use to it. I would stay again.

2nd visit and still brilliant value for money!
Pros:

We stayed here over Easter after visiting last year and being really impressed with the breakfast, the evening social, and the unbeatable location. You can walk to SeaWorld, reach Disney in about 15 minutes, and Universal in around 20. The staff are genuinely lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole place makes it easy to simply relax and enjoy your holiday. The hotel has a small pool, perfect for after the parks, a laundry room ($6 wash and dry), gym and is walking distance from a 7/11 and CVS. Big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality.

Horrible experience will not stay again
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No hot water for a shower- the room was not clean and stunk- the toilet did not flush
I complained to staff and was told it would be made right- nothing was done

Fantastic stay
Pros:

This hotel is right around the corner to Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. The rooms are very big and clean. The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel, but the free social hours on Monday to Wednesday are fantastic. The food is freshly prepared and it’s more than enough for an entire meal. They even serve beer and sangria which is also free. The staff is also very friendly. Shout out to Miguel the dinner time chef. Highly recommend staying here.
