Hallenbad war 1 Tag gesperrt, punkto Ausstattung und Ambiente macht man eine Zeitreise in die 80er-Jahre. Eine Modernisierung wäre wohl dringend angebracht.

Habe ein Hotel entdeckt, wo ich mich freue, wieder einmal Gast zu sein, Sommer wie Winter.
Pros:

Die Vielfalt der Möglichkeiten etwas für das persönliche Wohlbefinden zu tun, hat mich überrascht. Konnte nur leider außer dem Hotelpool nichts nutzen. Könnte mir gut vorstellen einmal mehr als eine Nacht zu bleiben und die Angebote des Hotels und die Lage auf knapp tausend Meter plus dem, was der Zauberberg hergibt für die eigene Erholung auszukosten.

Cons:

Wenn sich die Rezeptionistin ab und zu ein Lächeln abringen könnte, hätte der Aufenthalt schon gewonnen.

Невероятный вид. Хороший завтрак и фантастический ужин.
Хорошая сауна и бассейн. Близость к подъемнику и курорту Штулек

Странно, но в номере не было стаканов для воды, ни штопора, ничего. Хотя был минибар. В минибаре тоже ничего не было. Стаканы были в ванной комнате, на стеклянной полке рядом с зеркалом. Это удивило...

Mountain vistas and great skiing at a good price.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good for sleeping. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna , cold plunge and the spa shower. The views were lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. The hotels shuttle bus was also handy. The food was al a carte and variable and the morning buffet was plentiful. The slopes were reasonably quiet and very good value, especially as the resort provides a 50% off voucher for each guest.

Cons:

Due to the condition of the snow, it was a 200m or so walk to the ski lift whereas the original advertising indicated a much shorter distance. The shuttle bus was available sometimes to ferry to the lift but otherwise the walk, particularly uphill after several hours on the slopes was a bit tiring. Although the food was good and beautifully presented I would have preferred a simple meal option as well as I never ate all of the 4 courses on offer.

Prijemny pobyt k lyzovacke.
Pros:

Vyborna lokalita, blizko svahu. Vynikajuce jedlo, polpenzia. Wellness novy, trochu maly na kapacitu hotela (jedna finska sauna pre cca 8 -12 ludi sediacich; jedna parna suna pre cca 8-10 ludi). Parkovanie zdarma, aj ked trochu stiesnene vytacanie sa do zakrut. Vybavenie izieb starsie. Cistota vyborna.

Restaurant perfekt - Hotel hat viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Restaurant ist einfach unglaublich. Ein wahrer Stern am Gastrohimmel. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.

Cons:

Hallenbad trotz mehrere Gäste ohne Licht, erst nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde me mehr aufgedreht.
Löcher in der Duschwanne wurden so ekelhaft versucht abzudichten. Falsche Farbe, rissiges Silikon - peinlich und unhygienisch
Die ganze Nacht hat das Hotel aussen Festbeleuchtung aufgedreht, welches die Zimmer so hell machen dass auch die dunkle Vorhänge es nicht schaffen das Zimmer abzudunkeln. Schlaflos am Semmering - für wen genau das Licht brennt ist ein Rätsel. Siehe Foto - 02:30 Nachts - das helle Licht sind weder Sonne noch Mond sondern die Hotelbeleuchtung. Warum?

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Abendessen war sehr gut (gehobene Küche). Das Personal war auch freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr veraltet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbecken sind auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.
