Муравьи, завтрак через улицу
Pros:

Вид из окна на забор и двор. На 1м этаж дали, прямо за ресепшен. Еще и шторка до конца не закрывается и не двигается нормально.
При заезде подписываете договор. Отчетные документы не предоставляют.
Правила проживания из 29 пунктов, напечатаны мелким шрифтом с плохим качеством печати.
Еще мебель нельзя двигать и еду нельзя свою приносить. Строго всё.
Это гостевой дом. Завтрак никакой не шведский стол.
Еще сразу при заезде вы должны определиться с тем что будете завтра на завтрак и, главное, во сколько придете.
Сам в завтрак в кафешке, надо пройти через улицу. Пришел к 8 часам как указал и еще ждешь минут 10 пока сделают и принесут. Зачем заранее тогда указывать?
Чел со 2го этажа не в то блюдо поставил галочку какое хотел, так просто развернулся и ушел. Все 3 блюда - неуд, яичница пересолена.
За мини-бар требуют депозит 1000 рублей, хотя мне эта услуга не нужна.
А вот нужный мне холодильник для моих продуктов освободили неохотно.
Вроде чисто, сантехника мебель без повреждений. Ну так и заплатил немало. А неудобства серьезные.
При выходе из номера надо все выключать, потому что только ключ от номера включает электричество. Даже когда всего лишь идешь на завтрак надо компьютер обесточить.
Унитаз в углу заткнут, обязательно заденешь или раковину, или душевую кабину. Неудобно.
Над столом по плинтусу постоянно бегали муравьи. По 4 штуки за раз. Это вообще неприемлемо!
Вокруг частный сектор, одноэтажные домики.
По счастью взял всего на ночь и с радостью уехал оттуда.
