The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown via the subway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chicago.

Pros:

Small rooms, no where to put clothes (no dresser). Ironing board broken and stains on iron damaged my wifes dress. No parking or even comp parking. There are better options.

5 minute drive from Soldier Field. Parking was inconvenient and we had to park 2 blocks away. But nice and quiet hotel.

only the shower floor grout looked dirty so i bought slippers in China town. Everything else was perfect. Location for convention center parking and subway.

The internet was fine and the hotel was very clean. I was sorry there was no breakfast options at the hotel and the neighborhood was a bit rough. The concierges were young and not overly helpful.

The room was clean and modern. They have no parking. We had to park in a public lot and walk to the hotel which is inconvenient when you have to carry all your luggage.

The Jaslin hotel is a great deal for many reasons. The cost per night was great, the hotel is clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. While they do not have parking on site the parking available in Chinatown is convenient and CHEAP!!! It was a great place to stay for easy access to the water taxi, Rate field and Soldiers field.
