My stay was ok.
Pros:

We didn't get continental breakfast. :(

Thankful to the staff, Mohamed and always a pleasure to stay at Candlewood.
Pros:

I like how Candlewood’s location and the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. The staff are receptive, helpful and know their returning guests. I am always treated very well and highly recommend this hotel stay.

Cons:

Parking is an issue.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights. Room was very comfortable, clean. Very good sleep and not many noise. Spent some time at the pool, which was a nice size. The hot tub was not working, we did let them know. May have to do a long stay in Edmonton next month, and may look at staying there again.

Location, location!
Pros:

Hotel was situated in a great area for where I had to be. Only one elevator was a bit odd I thought, Room was nice. Parking was an adventure when you are driving a truck that may or may not fit in the underground parking!

The staff were awesome and friendly, the hotel was very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

It was nice, the rooms were very clean. It was spacious, loved the size of the bathroom and the walk in closet to put our shoes/coats/luggage in. The heated underground parking.

Cons:

Just that they didn’t advertise that their swimming pool was under maintenance/construction. However, another hotel was allowing us to walk to theirs and use it. Not very ideal when you have to walk out in the cold. But we are grateful that there was an opportunity to still go swimming.

Awesome
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean, and the heated underground parking was awesome. The staff were very knowledgeable, and very polite and helpful. The location was also good, close to West Edmonton Mall and other amenities.

Thanks for an easy stay with a nice large room. Underground parking is a bonus in the winter time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, it would be nice to include the cost in the stay instead of an extra fee.
Underground parking is nice to have for warmth and security.
We have stayed before because of large rooms and kitchenette.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the washroom was mid - lots of dust on the light fixtures and fan cover.
The heat wasn't working properly - either freezing or inferno. No in between.

Did not spend anytime in there except to sleep because of the odor. Told staff and nothing was done.

It was good.
Pros:

The room was nice and underground parking is a plus. They didn't let me know whether I could eat breakfast at the IHG side or even use the pool on that side. The room was clean and well laid out. All n all it was a good place to stay.

Very comfortable and handy!
Pros:

Did this already but I truly liked just about everything. Loves the wide working space. Plenty of room for my materials and access to power sources! The room was quiet and comfortable! A pleasant stay.

Best hotel, a lot of value for your hard earned money
Pros:

This is the only hotel I stay at in Edmonton , location is perfect . It’s in walking distance to the home fire restaurant which is amazing. Hotel has underground parking for those cold winter nights and hot summer days. Clean comfortable ,well appointed amenities , and amazing staff
