Good Hotel
Pros:

The bed sheets and bath towels are very fragrant and clean. The bed is also comfortable, the staff is very supportive and friendly. There is a very young manager who is very diligent and charming. Ajith is ready to help at any time.🙏

Great views of Kandy from open air restaurant and balconies. Clean rooms and pool. Worth the short climb up the hill from the lake.

Slitet hotell med fint läge
Pros:

Hjälpsam personal (vilket behövdes).

Cons:

Slitet och nedgånget hotell i stort behov av renovering. AC saknades. Ofräscht badrum. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås. Vi hade superior room där det enda positiva var utsikten. Platta sängkuddar och endast 1 handduk.

⭐ Good service and friendly staff in Kandy city.
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay in Kandy city. The lady manager was very supportive and friendly. She explained everything kindly and always spoke very happily. She introduced the hotel and the places in Kandy city very well. I felt very comfortable because the staff were always polite and welcoming.

Cons:

However, there were a few small issues. The mushrooms served were a little watery, and the pillow was a bit small and not very comfortable.

Pros:

Utsikten och utsidan av hotellet var väldigt fint.

Cons:

Rummet såg dyster och slitet. Sängkläder var smutsiga. Jag såg när någon lämnar rummet bytte örngott. Överkastet gav mig utslag. Den fick använda som täcke. Den var nog inte byt på länge. När jag påpekade då sa de att dem byter sängkläder varje dag. Mina sängkläder var smutsiga.
