Расположен в шаговой доступности от клуба Опера, Балтийского вокзала, метро Балтийская и музея железных дорог России.
Интерьеры номера и отеля в целом производят очень положительное впечатление, санузел чистый, постель комфортная. Отдельного внимания заслуживает гигиенический душ рядом с унитазом - за это сразу +100500 очков к рейтингу. Халат очень удобный, в нём классно завтракать после душа. Завтрак подаётся в номер, можно выбрать его состав из нескольких предложенных вариантов и время подачи - лично мне такой завтрак вполне зашёл.
Но некоторые недостатки всё же имеются. Брать номер с окнами, выходящими на набережную, было ошибкой. Сама набережная в этом месте не выглядит привлекательно, а по уровню шума просто зашкаливает. Здесь расположен регулируемый перекрёсток, поэтому шум будет периодический - к нему невозможно привыкнуть, а тот факт, что автомобили на этом участке не катятся по инерции, а активно набирают скорость, только усугубляет ситуацию. Я не знаю, почему пластиковые окна номера не могут этот шум задержать, может стеклопакет там какой-то неправильный? Со стороны входной двери шум тоже слышно, но это может стать проблемой только если кто-то будет громко разговаривать.
В описании номера указаны бесплатные туалетные принадлежности, но зубы почистить было нечем, зато для душа есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель и лосьон.
Если в следующий раз мне потребуется найти отель в этом месте я вполне могу снова остановиться в Далиси, но предпочту номер, выходящий окнами во двор.

I'm moderately demanding when it comes to temp housing such as hotels. This place exceeded my expectations by far. I truly rested and enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Отель с хорошим обслуживанием, но низким комфортом. Проживал в данном отеле 5 дней, сразу могу сказать, что комфортным его не назвать. Стены из гиспокартона, поэтому очень хорошая слышимость. Я проживал на 2 этаже недалеко от ресепшена, и если кто-то там разговаривал, то было слышно из номера. Был слышен храп соседа за стенкой, в ещё в одну ночь звонили с ресепшена и попросили сделать тв потише, якобы жалуются соседи) Окна у большинства номеров выходят на набережную обводного канала. Там круглосуточное плотное движение автомобилей, слышно дорогу даже с закрытыми окнами, если открыть то поначалу ощущения как на автогонках)
Из плюсов это подход к клиенту. Я приехал в отель в 11 и меня сразу заселили, хотя по расписанию заселение в 14. Уборка и смена полотенец регулярная. Можно приводить гостей как к себе домой. Если остановится на пару дней, то отель зайдёт, если планируете жить больше выбирайте другой.

Mini hotel excelente. Tudo novinho, a 2 minutos da estação de metrô, fast food e mercado ao lado! O hotel é super confortável, limpo, sem carpete, bem novinho e moderno. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, escolhemos as opções na noite anterior e agendamos o horário. Banheiro com duchava sensacional. O hotel é de difícil localização, mas a entrada fica exatamente na esquina de duas ruas. O local até parece “estranho” pois se assemelha a um prédio de apartamentos, sendo que o hotel fica no segundo piso. Mas está impressão logo fica para trás. Acho que é o padrão Russo de mini hotéis, isso é muito comum por lá. Inglês é beeeem ruinzinho, não vou negar, mas sobra simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionários. Recomendo de olhos fechados e voltaria, com toda certeza.

Interior was wonderful. However, there was an unforgivable discrepancy between what Orbitz stated and their actual bedding situation. Orbitz website showed that there were 2 king size beds in the apartment type room, which was the only reason I chose this hotel inspite of its lack of proximity to major attractions of the city. When I arrived at 11PM after a 10 hour long flight, the staff just said " we don't have 2 beds in the apartment, we're sorry".


I still don't know if the hotel lied to Orbitz, or Orbitz created their own deception out of their imagination, but I was deeply disappointed with the results.


Also, I called Orbitz two weeks before the arrival to verify the 2 beds were available in the hotel, and the representative said that she would send a message to the hotel in order to confirm the twe beds. Nobody seemed to read the email.


Their exterior was horrible, and the staircase was uneven with practically no lighting.

My father tripped at the stairs hitting his cheeck to the floor.

Other than "we're sorry", no action was done.


During the whole 6 days, I had to sleep in the sofabed.


To be honest, the interior was wonderful. It was spacious with clean bedsheets and pillow.
the kitchen was very well equipped and clean.

However, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Bis zur nächsten Metro Station sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Hotel liegt in einem ehemaligen Wohngebäude, welches zum Teil in ein Hotel umgebaut wurde. Die Zimmer sind neu, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Außerdem mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestatet.
Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Hotel hat keine eigene Küche. Man wählt am Vortag aus 6 Menüs sein Frühstück, welches in der microwelle aufgewärmt wird. Das Frühstück wird auch auf's Zimmer gebracht, wenn man es wünscht. Serviert wird auf Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck.
Vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Art Bäckerei. Außerdem einen Supermarkt, der 24h geöffnet hat.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel aufgrund der Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit weiter. Das Frühstück ist aber sehr verbesserungswürdig.

Das Hotel befindet sich im zweiten und dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug an einer Kreuzung zweier sehr befahrenen Strassen. Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden, da die Hotelbeschlderung fehlt. Das Treppenhaus sieht auch nicht sehr einladend aus. Die Hotelräumlichkeiten selbst sind jedoch komplett saniert und neuwertig. Das Doppelzimmer war mit Bad, großem Bett, großem Schrank, Fernseher und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Alle zwei bis drei Tage die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Vom Frühstück würde ich jedoch abraten. Im Hotel selbst gibt es keine Küche, also bringt den Frühstück der Leifersevice. Im Hotel wird nur aufgewärmt. Was wir jedoch sehr positiv empfunden haben, ist die Nähe zu der Metrostation "Baltijskij vokzal". In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadtmitte.
Im Großen und Ganzen eine preiswerte Unterkunft mit gutem Service.

The room very confortable, new and clean. The acces to the hotel very ugly. Steps broken, without elevator and dificult to walk because the floor was irregular.

Good hotel in quite a strange location. Some team members were very nice.
Breakfast is what brings it down - quite bad and tasteless. I’d suggest management moves to providing food over pre-made options

Came with friends and family for the world cup. The hotel is in a old and rusty building although when you reach 1st. floor there's a door that opens to the hotel reception. Rooms are updated and clean, so no complaints about it, but there are several issues:
We ran out of water so I had to ask the staff to fix it... They will tell you that you will have water for 1 hour...
You will have to carry your luggage using the stairs to the first or second floor; no lift.
Breakfast is terrible.
Staff is kind but only a few of them talk a little bit of english.
I believe that the photographs are somehow misleading.
There is a Railway and Metro Station about 150 mts. away, really close, but there's nothing in the surroundings.

Direkt neben einem kleinen Supermarkt gelegen, nicht weit von der Metro Station befindet sich das Hotel im ersten und zweiten Stock eines alten Hauses. Man sollte sich von dem ersten Eindruck nicht täuschen lassen. Das Treppenhaus und die abenteuerliche Verkabelung über den Türen verschafft den Zugang in nett eingerichtete, absolut saubere Zimmer. Von Hauspantoffeln über Fernsehen, Bademantel und Handtüchern in 3 Größen bis zur Klimaanlage und Minibar haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt fast nichts vermisst, wäre da nicht das gewöhnungsbedürftige Frühstück gewesen. Man kann sich zwar zwischen 6 verschiedenen Möglichkeiten entscheiden, der Geschmack des Brotes bzw. der Brötchen, wie wir sie kennen und die Auswahl eines Frühstücksbuffets sind unerreicht. Gehbehinderte Personen sollten sich auf die Bewältigung einiger Treppenstufen einstellen.

Отличный отель! Все свежее, новое. Брали номер комфорт в качестве свадебного. Номер большой, ванная тоже. Очень комфортно. По просьбе принесли завтрак в 6 утра. В целом очень понравилось. Из минусов то что выход прямо на проезжую часть. Район вокзала

A bit difficult to locate which is on the 1st floor of a residential building around the corner of the street (Please look for a few step of stair case and a dark metal door). A cafe and grocery store is on the ground floor of building.
A bit noisy when the windows are open. But its not a problem as you may close the window and air conditioner is available in room.
Needed to walk up 1 flight of stairs without elevator; but its not a problem for us.
Close to metro station; easy access to city center by metro.

Good local breakfast; they even offer packed breakfast for our last day to catch an early flight
1-2 staff can speak English. Staffs are friendly. They had offered me a favor to print out my tickets for Catherine Palace and call taxi.

Overall a very pleasant stay

Nice hotel with easy access to Metro station. Might have difficulty looking for the hotel as there is no proper sign in english. You have to press a button to enter the gate that leads to the first floor before another door to enter the hotel. Door also had no sign in english. Room is nice and cozy.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, only downside was the hotel was difficult to find with no obvious sign on the outside when approaching the building, a sign on the door would have helped. There was a large sign high up on the outside which was only visible from across the road.

the hotel is brand new and the rooms and the reception are very clean and new. but the building and the neighborhood are not that great.
First, is very difficult to find the door that gives access to the hotel.
there is nothing to do around the hotel, no restaurants, no mall, no sight seen.
The only thing is the train station (to go to the peter hoof for example), and the metro station that leads you to the center of the city in 20 minutes.
Its no dangerous to stay there, but is to sleep only. SO if you want to save some money, sleep well and don't care about the neighbourhood, no problem at all.
