LOVE IT!
Pros:

I spontaneously booked this place for peace and nature, but OMG, this is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff is incredibly friendly, the room/food/breakfast are a 10+, and the views are so beautiful, with all the lovely little animals around.

The wellness area has absolutely everything you need to relax, and the surroundings nature are just perfect quit. It’s also really close to Müllerthal.

I’m already coming back in 3 weeks. I recommend this place!!!!

Aangenaam verblijf. Vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Uitstekende kamers en hotel; heel fijn zwembad met aangename temperatuur van water. Goed ontbijt en goed restaurant (a la carte).

Cons:

Het hotel ligt vlak bij een grote baan met veel verkeer, dat je soms wel hoort als je buiten zit. Al bij al niet veel last van gehad.

Pros:

Une chambre spacieuse et confortable, un excellent petit déjeuner pour commencer doucement la journée, un spa pour lâcher prise et un restaurant sur place avec une très belle sélection de vins.

A proximité de beaucoup de points d’intérêt pour un bon compromis entre découverte et détente.

Cons:

Manque de surveillance aux abords de la piscine et du spa. Qui se transforme vite en parc aquatique. Plongeons, cris et transats servant de trampoline. Les parents sont responsables de leurs enfants et nous ne sommes pas dans un établissement adult only mais un maître nageur en cas d’accident ou de débordement ne serait pas de refus

A pleasant stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast, the wellness area could be better
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I even received a guided tour to my room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Cons:

The sauna was a little outdated. I had it to myself, and the temperature was good, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel very cozy or relaxing. The sauna area was quite dark and located right next to the swimming pool, where there was a lot of noise from children and families.
Another downside was the lack of privacy. The sauna has windows facing the pool area, so people, including children, could potentially see inside while you are using the sauna. Since the swimming pool was quite busy with families and children, the overall wellness experience wasn’t as peaceful or relaxing as I had hoped.

Beautiful relaxation
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. There is a Alpine charm to the whole experience and there are touches of class throughout especially in terms of decor and ambiance.

The wellness area is just as classy as the rest of the hotel with clean and comfortable tepidarium, steam room and saunas. No jacuzzi which was a pity. The pool is lovely with a swim in/out option. Surrounding the pool is a generous selection of day beds and sun beds both indoors and outside. There are also traditional tables and chairs. There is a bar adjacent to the wellness area if you need some additional liquid refreshment.

The restaurant offerings are amazing, I could see there is a fine dining restaurant which looked amazing but probably requires reservations. Regardless, I ate in the outdoor area with views of the local countryside and summer swifts flying. How lovely. The food matched the atmosphere and location. I ordered the entrecôte steak which was superb. A salmon amuse bouche was a welcome and unexpected addition too. Service throughout was excellent (aside from a forgotten bottle of sparkling water 😆).

The breakfast offerings matched those enjoyed the evening before. A huge choice of hot and cold food ranging from smoked salmon and cold meats/cheeses to more traditional items like eggs, bacon, bread, pastries etc. There was freshly squeezed orange 🍊 juice and even some Cremant 🥂 if you were feeling decadent.

The room was comfortable.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a classy and relaxed place to stay in/close to the Ardennes 🌲 🇫🇷🇱🇺🇧🇪.

Cons:

I was a little surprised there was no complimentary water however there was a well stocked mini bar (for modest prices). I was also surprised there was no hand lotion in the bathroom nor actually in the hotel toilets. I think for a hotel this classy, that is clearly operating at a very high standard, that this was absent. Minor comments but it’s these small touches that separate the good from the excellent.
