Congress Hotel Meridian

This place with noisy disco bar, not letting us rest properly. Our room was as cold as it could be, and they brought us a heater which hardly heated up the whole room. The bartender downstairs were rude and charged us for a broken glass of cocktails which was against the hospitality we expected, so they charged us for the undrunk cocktail and its broken glass.
Shame!

The room is cozy, even though it's not very big.
The staff are all really helpful, and there's a pretty lady at the reception counter. It's too bad we had a language barrier and couldn't get her name. She has a tattoo near her thumb and index finger, if anyone visits, please help me find her social media platforms hahaha.

Could not check online payment info. Explained twice about paid booking.
Not quite clean. Visible hairs in the room. Poor choice of foods for breakfast.

Хороший отель в самом центре города. Очень удобное расположение.
Проживал в люксе, но знаю отель с момента постройки (ДМО), поэтому не всё хорошо с шумоизоляцией. Первый день до трёх ночи слышал соседа (не знаю, через стенку или через этаж), который не шумел, а просто разговаривал. Слышно было очень хорошо. На утро у того же соседа 20 минут работал будильник без остановки, но мне не надо было вставать, а спать уже не пришлось. Остальные дни было тихо. То есть как повезёт с соседями,,,
На завтрак ШИКАРНАЯ малосольная сёмга. ОЧЕНЬ вкусно. Палтус тоже хорош, но сёмга вне конкуренции. Завтрак достаточный. Всё устраивало.

I had a very comfortable stay at le meridian hotel

Exceptional service and ambience.loved the green lush around the property. Food they serve was mouth watering always. They have a good humble staffs in hotel

That hotel was the worst travel experiance ever! When i came they charged me in Cash for one nigth, even i had a prepaid booking for 2 night. Next they the key card of corse not anymore worked.

But the next day i catched a crazy food poison and i wanted to get some medicin and health assistance but they refused to help as they didnt wanted to take the responsibility. At least some coal tabletts i became. Unfortunatly myself could go to any Pharmacy as i cant stay longer than 2min away from any toilet.

My Russian friend tried to make them to understand that i serious need medical help. But they refused to call a doctor or ambulance it hast to be by myself. So i called the reception myself and ask for an ambulance. And she seriouslsy forwared me to restaurant. As she didnt understood anything. I called again and explaind i need an ambulace. She sayes ok please wait. 2h, 3h nothing came.

My friend asked for late check out they agreed till 4pm. Which i really was glad. As i noticed at 4pm i cant move at all i called after the room mate came the front desk and ask to prolong till tomorrow and they sayed ok its possible.

At 6:15pm too ladies came and sayed i need to move out as they need that room. I sayed wait i prolonged which they didnt knew.

No idea whats wrong in this hotel but thats no service at all. And you can not ask for the room of the customer in worst condition. There you need to find a harder solution.

Is i tried to catch my flight at 19:50 i took a taxi imidiatly as moving arround dont help at all. I booked already a flight for next day as well. which was a waist of money. And now they serious as over my touroperator for a late check out fee.

Thats out of this world!

Rooms actually would be quiet good but serious below anything i have ever seen!

Отель находится в самой центре города.Рядом куча магазинов, кафе и ресторанов.Из аэропорта на такси, ехать 35 минут( примерно 600 рублей).Да главных достопримечательностей города, которых к сожалению совсем немного, рукой подать.Я брал номер повышенной комфортности, и не капли не пожелтел.Каждый день, пополняюсь туалетный принадлежности( расчёски, бритвенные станки, зубные щетки и прочие).Убирались качественно.Интернет приличный.В отеле работает очень хороший ресторан.Всё очень на достойном уровне.За исключением цены,на проживание,которая завышена процентов на тридцать( ввиду малой конкуренции среди отелей города).Единственный минус, это ремонт главного входа в отель.

Немного удивил размер комнаты. На всех фотографиях комнаты большие, по факту размещения - очень маленькие. Убирались каждый день, в номере чисто. Очень хороший завтрак. Слабосоленая семга и палтус превосходны. С блинами и кофе - и сытость на целый день)

Отличный отель, номер комфорт очень понравился, все новое, прекрасный вид из окна на площадь, вкусный завтрак. Отличное расположение!

The room was in good shape but wall to wall carpet is not a good thing in a hotel...

酒店很普通，也基本没什么服务可言，只能说临时订这个价格还可以了。优点就是位置好，最北麦当劳旁边，一日游什么的也是在这里集合。

The hotel is very nice, conveniently located in the city centre. Rooms were sparkling clean, modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was not great. Food in the restaurant is very good, nice selection of local cuisine and very tasty. The Arctic soup is fantastic. However, the service in the restaurant is absolutely terrible. Be ready to wait for 1h30min or more for a dinner!!! People around the table also receive food at different times. The restaurant service is a very weak point of the hotel and desperately needs new management.

Room is huge and new! Many power points to get your gadgets charged. Located right at the city center with nearby shopping malls, restaurant, fast food and supermarket. Also walking distance to popular restaurant, White Rabbit. Nothing to complaint. As compared to Azimut, the price would be better.

Very nice room. Accessible. Spacious. Looks like it’s recently remodeled. Staff speaked great English. Convenient to McDonald’s
